Nothing worked in the room. There was no connection on the TV. The refrigerator froze everything and the non smoking room had cigarette burns everywhere.

O would give 0 stars if I could male check in clerk was rude and didn't care how nasty the room was we didnt even stay the 2 days we reserved left immediately no refund no compensation just money wasted do not recommend I should have read the reviews before booking won't make that mistake again

After driving over 10 hours they weren’t going to let me have the room because my husband didn’t come with me and his name was on the account. After an hour of arguing and getting Expedia to call the hotel, they finally let me in. They won’t let anyone in the lobby. You have to do everything from a night window. The room had holes in the wall, a broken refrigerator out on the balcony, no microwave or coffee pot. There were holes in the bedspreads the toilet seat was broken. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

We did not stay there it was nasty property and the atmosphere and surroundings was horrible. I would like for someone from Expedia to contact me

When I arrived to my room, half of the lights in the room did not work. There was stains all over the comforter the fire alarm was held to the wall by blue painters tape. Which is a huge code violation and the smoke detector battery was dead. There were stains in the bathtub and dirt all over the floor traveling alone as a single female this was a no-no, especially due to the crowd that was hanging around outside of the hotel. I immediately loaded my bags back in my car and checked out. The only positive experience I have was the night staff member who made the process of getting my refund back easy. I was still charged for one night, but that’s better than being charged for three. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody as far as cleanliness and upkeep on the property and the clientele that stays there.

No toilet paper… no remote… security lock broken... no front to a/c unit… bugs all over bathroom. Horrible even for the cheapest room.

Do not choose if you have an early or late flight. Hotel staff is not there all night. They will rebook a room you have paid for with no notice.

We liked the fact we were close to shopping and dining and the bank. The staff was very helpful and new what they were doing! Book on Expedia for a low room rate. If you even think you might want to stay a extra day go ahead and book for 2 days and get your low rate.

Place is a dump, upon arrival an employee was having an argument over the phone with a realtive and had the lobby locked. The clerk was extremely slow and distracted on her phone and with her child. Room was dilapidated and felt dirty. One pillow on the bed. Just overall bad experience.

Do NOT stay here unless this sounds good to you!!!

Clean room, nice staff.

There was a very rowdy person the first night that was loud and rude. Both nights there were people outside talking that kept me up. The room was not real clean.

I arrived late at night from the airport. The front desk man loudly said my room number out loud when there were very terrible people standing nearby. I entered my room to burn holes in the comforter, plastic bags over the light fixtures, and a gap so big in the air conditioner that I could reach outside. The woman listening to my location from the front desk walked by my room 20+ times in the night and twice stopped to look at me through the gap in my AC. She asked me for ‘dispensary items’ both times. No sleeping for me. Not clean, not safe, not restful.

I wedged a chair under the door knob.

The building, however, it in a pitiful state. The lobby is closed off to patrons (used for storange and cluttered). The room was horrifying. Ive done cheap rooms, but this was probably one of the worst. I walked in, and then turned and left to find other lodging. It appeared to have bloodon the walls, cigarette burns over the bedding and the tub. The floor was even taped down. For a $60 room, I didnt expect the Hilton, but this was awful.

Had to change rooms due to the first room having 50 flies flying around in it. The room got changed but you could tell the people in the office couldnt have cared less. Second room the AC worked on and off and every time we left we had to get our key card redone. There is a reason it was a cheap motel.

Where do i start? All around bad. You definitely get what you paid for. Dirty hotel room, no remote, no toilet paper, no phone, one soap bar for toiletries. All around yucky. Didnt feel safe.
