Normally we've had great experiences at Americinn hotels - this one, however, has some notable issues. I'm guessing it's a management thing, but our room was not incredibly clean - hair on sink, toilet and in bathtub. Chunk of something on faucet. Bed was so dipped in the center we had to switch rooms - but to their credit, the guy at the front desk was great about that. Pool was out of service STILL.

The breakfast was decent and offered good value for the price. One small issue was that we had to wait for the front desk when we arrived for a late check-in, but the wait was still manageable. Overall, it was a good stay and a good choice for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable hotel at a fair price.

The desk staff were all friendly and we enjoyed the freshly baked cookies in the evening! Everything was clean and nice.

Pool was closed, again. I’ve stayed here 3 times due to the location but every time the pool has been closed. The night staff was wonderful but the morning staff was not great at all. And the breakfast was terrible.

Price and location Staff that we interacted with tried to be helpful but could not/did not help. We had a plumbing issue and asked it to be looked at on our way out for the day. The person at the front desk did not know how to handle it. When we got back later that evening, our keys did not open the door, but yet the plumbing issue was still there.

Location and breakfast was fine. What could have been better was if someone cleaned out the A/C filters and drip pans as there was the heavy smell of mold and mildew coming out of the unit. We had to turn off the A/C unit because my son and I are highly allergic to mold. We woke up in the morning congested, coughing and generally feeling terrible with raging headaches and weakness.

My room was upgraded, and that was awesome! The bedroom section had good airflow, but the other section didn't. Also, I did tell the staff that the shower handle was separated from the wall.

I didn't eat breakfast, but there were lots of food options around the hotel. I thought the hotel's cleanliness and overall appeal were great! I loved my room upgrade and was very happy!
