Our room was very loud. The walls need more sound proofing. But the staff was AMAZING!!!!. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The facility was clean and in a good area. Across the street from the convention center as well. The room I was in is an exception that the nob to flush the toilet didn’t have enough tension to properly lift the seal inside to flush the toilet, but I managed by lifting the back cover and lifting the arm it’s attacked too to do it manually. It’s a very simple fix I doubt it will be a problem by the time I return.

Nice, big, clean room. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Free breakfast. Within walking distance to the Chiefs game. Everything could ask for.

I have stayed there many times because of the convenience to my conference but this the most uncomfortable stay. It was dirty and there was no comfortable place to work.

I thought the property was a very nice and convenient location. I did not like the landscaping… plants in the window when we pulled in. I felt bad for anyone close to exit doors. The doors slammed hard if you didn’t hold them.

We loved the staff and the room was very beautiful. Very close to the things we wanted to do while we stayed. I remember signing papers from times for noise but the hallway on our floor was loud all the way up til midnight. Didn't enjoy that at all.

The breakfast was very good. I liked the variety of options. The pool being under renovation was disappointing to my friend. It would be good to note that on your website.
