I read some prior reviews & I was a little hesitant by them but I’m extremely happy that i chose to stay here. Room looks just like the picture, bed was comfortable, had a little loveseat to sit at teat. Refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board. I don’t drink forf but it appeared to be enough for 5-6 pots. Had filled shampoo, conditioner and also lotion dispensers. I’m a non smoker and I have a sensitive nose but I didn’t get any whiff of cigarette smoke in my room. Location of the hotel is also great right off the freeway with fast food restaurants, sit down restaurants, a Walgreens and a Walmart. I purchased groceries at Walmart greatly reducing my travel expenses. I have never been in this part of the country before and was in the area because I’m thinking of buying a house and relax. Very first person I interacted with was this really sweet woman who was affiliate with the hotel. I want sure how to check in because the lobby isn’t clearly marked. Well she came right up to like she has known me forever and just made me feel amazing. Thanks for an amazing start. Hope to see you again soon

The room seemed pretty clean, but the furnishings were pretty tired and had tears in the upholstery. There was a big soap pumper next to the sink for hand washing and that was empty. In the shower, there were big pumpers with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, but they were all empty except for the conditioner. It's frustrating when you get in the shower and you're all wet and then there's no soap or shampoo to use. There was no outlet anywhere near the bed so I could charge my phone and still have it near me. I had to use an outlet all the way across the room. There was a decent sized refrigerator and a small microwave, along with a small counter that had a sink for kitchen use. This hotel seems to be used primarily by Workman who are working in the area and staying there. Since there is no smoking in the rooms, they all stand around outside smoking on a regular basis. And most of them looked pretty rough. I felt safe enough in the room because there was a deadbolt, but I would not stay there again.

Super nice had a great sleep! Paid way more for worse conditions so will be staying here everytime I come to Peoria! Close to everything!

At first I feared a little for my personal safety and my property. The area is run down and has some poverty issues. Overall my room was nice and nothing happened. I never had an incident where myself of my vehicle was in danger. The staff was friendly and the longer term people living there were friendly.

Check in was easy. Room was great. Easy to find

The room looked nothing like the picture no one was ever in the office ice machine or vending machine did not work and check out was horrible she(manager) was very rude and nasty

It has recently been renovated. I is ideal for a affordable night stay. No frill, no services are available.

No cold water available- had to shower in scorching hot water.

Everything was so clean! Granted the room had a cigarette smell to it, but everything worked perfectly and the towels were bright white and smelled brand new
