The place was very well kept, the staff was wonderful and makes us want to return EXCEPT for the bedding. Our two queen room had two different height beds and both were the old style mattress and box spring. They were worn out, sides broke down, and creaked and cracked at every move. If they replace the bedding I would give it a for sure 5star rating

We arrived in the room the sheets had not been laundered and the room was not clean. We requested another room and they honored it. Dissatisfied experience with the reservation and the room. Location was great.

I specifically booked a king suite and paid extra for it but was given a double queen suite. There was stains on the couch and ottoman that were not fresh. There was a tile missing in the bathroom. Outside of that, everything was fine.

The room was incredibly clean! Loved the kitchen. Amenities in the kitchen were wonderful! The room was a very nice size. We will stay again!

We had a very noisy neighbor upstairs and the staff was quick to change our room. Property is well maintained and breakfast was delicious

Great location, kind staff, easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Only issue I had was the room on the first floor, very near the front desk- super loud all evening, early morning...could hear it all: tables from an event being collapsed, then voices of staff/ visitors in the lobby, then breakfast being prepared. Lesson learned, just ask for a room further down the hall and crank up the fan on the hvac to block noise. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location, you can walk to restaurants and shops. The elevator was broken, not a huge deal since there are 2 - I didn’t mind the stairs. The only thing I can really say negative was that we didn’t get any cable channels…. I had to log into Netflix with our personal account. The room was clean. The couch was kinda grimy with stains- we didn’t use it. Staff was nice.

Our room was set up like a apartment. It had a refrigerator that was actually big enough to put food and drinks in with a freezer for ice cream and ice. The kitchen had a dishwasher to use and actually dishes, coffee mugs, silverware, and etc. I had everything I needed to live there. I think the complimentary breakfast could have been a little better but other than that I have no complaints.
