Neat art work. Comfy beds. Cool industrial feel. Staff were short. Not necessarily rude, just not really helpful or caring. There’s no one to help with luggage, and the “luggage carts” they have are these weird ikea bookshelf things. They’re ridiculous, and not useful for luggage at all. Seems like they’re trying way too hard to be hipster with them and just being dumb. I booked a suite, and let me just say if you’re with a friend, don’t. They have very open showers, that you can see into from the entire room. Also, there were 5 sinks in the room. Why? Why do you need 5 sinks in the room? It makes no sense.

Loved the ambiance and the staff was friendly

Everything was lovely! The rooms were very cool looking and I loved the artsy feel of the whole place. I especially loved the concrete floors in the room. Much better than Harper most hotel rooms have.

friendly staff, however AC were too loud. The sink drains extremely slow.

but.....upon entering the room there was a musty smell. we initially assumed it was the cleaning products and we couldn't find anyway to open the windows for fresh air. we were too exhausted to change rooms. The following morning waking up we walked into the restroom to see the mold and dirty shower, and oddly a sink in the shower was a feature that seemed prison-esque. The hotel appears much older and dated than its recent remodel. The lighting is cold and not charming. I was really hoping for a better stay given the location....the mold and rusty metal design really missed the mark for comfort and hospitality. I think they were going for ace hotel vibes but instead landed at uhaul storage. I'd avoid this hotel until it undergoes a renovation.

Perfect for what I needed. Quiet and near everything you could imagine

Stylish and elegant and affordable. Parking costs more than advertised on here. I also left a pair of shoes and called them within a few hours and they never found them. I’m certain they were left. I assume they were thrown away.

Even though I had to wait for my room to be cleaned and available when check in was at three, other than it was a nice place. I love how artistic and creative the room was from the way you can move the main light fixture that’s over the bed. The shower was is huge and the sitting area was cozy. And for being in Phoenix that AC came in clutch especially at night time. All in all I would go back and stay there again!

Room was very nice and shower was amazing pool was small and area could use a bit more shade but overall the bathrooms the bar and the market inside that provides snacks and meals had great options Anne very affordable prices. The hotel had great art all over and throughout the halls and that was very nice.definitely will be staying there again

Second time we stay and still a Nice place

The staff was friendly and made my solo stay very welcoming. I loved just how dog friendly the hotel was and having the large amounts of grass and shade made you forget you’re in a desert. I also enjoyed the pool multiple days and this is now my favorite Phoenix hotel.
