For what they charge not bad but definitely not great as the hotel need updating, it not dirty , however, it can appear as though due desperately needing updating. Now, with that said the hotel is right next to the Mayo Clinic, they have a restaurant right on the property and serves a multitude of different offerings which most people appreciate and they serve alcoholic beverages as well as mocktails and the usual fountain drinks. The staff are very friendly taking into consideration the amount of people and personalities that come through. My only advice is the hotel needs to be renovated and be brought to more modern standards such as charging ports higher toilet seats and just plain updating it’s a great place to be. It’s a nice hotel but it could be nicer.

Very pleasant stay. Will book here again.

Nice room, great staff
-
Close to Mayo and bed was very comfortable TV wouldn't work for first 24 hours and the bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned (dirty floors and a clear ring of used bath bomb in the tub). Breakfast stops too early. Coffee not available after breakfast ended.

Staff helpful, clean room, ok breakfast, it was a quick visit to the Mayo Clinic so appreciate the close location.

Very good and complete offering for breakfast. I think it is a strong overkill you charge for on site parking. Plenty of spaces to park. Business greed is terrible. Had no choice as the hotel next to Mayo works out the best. The almighty dollar prevails. Terrible!!

Very good

Spacious and very comfortable 1 bedrum suite impressed me with the size and everything that might need for family needs. The bed was the best ever I had during my 6 days trip. Quietness in the room, good choice of food for breakfast, staff hospitality and support - everything was perfect. Thank you very much for the experience of staying at your hotel. Everything was just perfect. I have nothing more to add.

Very clean, very helpful staff, very convenient location to Mayo Clinic and a full shopping center corridor just down the road. Only issue might be that the food service available is fairly basic and minimal and could be better -- but there are plenty of very good restaurants within easy driving distance.

Location, location, location. The hotel is literally only a 5 minute walk to the Phoenix Mayo Clinic. Although the whole facility is in dire need of a renovation the entire hotel is exceptionally clean! The biggest asset of this Residence Inn is the staff from every person you will come into contact with are exceedingly kind, professional, and helpful in any way that easily make them the most valued asset of the property. I cannot emphasize how impressed I was with the quality of the staff working at this Residence Inn and truly hope they are well compensated because they are the true jewels of the property. The breakfast accommodation is more like a ghost kitchen and the food quality is at best subpar. The breakfast offerings were dramatically below average and poor quality and poor selection. The hotel dining menu is somewhat inviting but once again is of poor quality with the same ghost kitchen effect which is disappointing because I would think that an establishment that shared the close proximity to the Phoenix Mayo Clinic would have at least a small functioning formal dining facility for its guests. Finally the lack of a legitimate convenience store in the lobby is the most glaring weakness on the property. The current store is woefully lacking in commonly stocked travel amenities that are commonplace at most hotel lobby convenience stores.
