Comfort Inn Plainfield - Indianapolis Airport

All good ..

Nothing The room was stinking, the curtains were torn and the bright light from the street was coming into the room. The outer darker curtains wouldn’t close the window because they cannot be extended. How do u expect people to sleep with that light glaring into your eyes in the night? The pillows were fit to be thrown away with no mass for any kind of support. There was a stench in the room! There was no face soap and the circular soaps you had were gross. Overall it was a very bad experience for the amount of money charged

Great location close to the airport My room had bugs in the bed and on the nightstand. Grossed me out, they were quick to change the room however that was a bit much for me. I reported it and they were quick to offer a different room. I had to sleep in my clothes due to that.

Cleanliness is not a part of the first glance. We dealt with it and managed, but for the money it was not worth it. I would pay 50.00 more per day somewhere else.

The walls are very thin, could hear people talking in the next room. The bathroom walls were dirty.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Rooms were very comfy. Great for families. Parking spaces were great. Coffee machine works 24 hours. Has a nice gym.

only thing I felt negative about was the shower water pressure . Was like a sprinkling can.

Hundreds of ants in our room. When we told the front desk he said he would try to get ahold of someone. Later I asked what was happening with it and he asked me to show him the ants. I took him to the room and he seemed shocked that there really were hundreds of ants. He then sprayed them with a can of raid and that was it. So we had a pile of dead ants in the bathroom then by the next day there were live ones crawling around again. We ended ups showering and staying in someone else's room that we were at the hotel with. No reimbursement offered or anything of the sort. We have stayed here several times but after this experience i can say we will not be staying again.
