The carpet in the hallway was not stretched so had rolls in it. Our biggest complaint was the TV did not work. We reported it to management and they said they would get somebody to look at it, but it was never repaired before we left. Also, when we was gone for the day, they made our bed, but they never refilled the Kleenexes or took out the trash

The staff were absolutely amazing!! Super helpful, went above and beyond. Breakfast was good and hot with lots of variety. My only recommendations would be to possibly have carpets cleaned soon. And I believe the tubs/showers may be stained from hard water or maybe are just old. But the staff made up for the minor issues with the carpets and tubs. We were visiting from Las Vegas and I can assure you that the customer service here outshone most hotels in Las Vegas.

My stay was overall really good! The room was very clean, plenty of space, smelled nice & the breakfast was good. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. My only issues would be that the bubbles in the hot tub didn’t work very well. I definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff and amenities they offer. The exhaust in the bathroom doesn’t work and the paint was peeling on the bathroom door.

Terrible front desk staff. At 2 AM they called my room and then knocked on my door — only because they made a mistake assigning rooms to guests and couldn’t figure out which guest is in which room. This is completely unacceptable. Guests are sleeping, and the staff’s internal errors should never disturb customers in the middle of the night. Unprofessional staff ruined the night’s rest.

The price and the free breakfast. With the number of other hotels in those area, I would suggest choosing one of those and paying an extra $20... You won't regret it! Our baseball team stayed here two separate weekends, and neither stay was a good experience. The first stay they gave us a room that had not been cleaned, and then said we could stay at their sister hotel down the street instead of finding another room in the hotel for us. The second stay our room smelled terribly musty/moldy.

Our room was not cleaned prior to check in. Bathroom toilet had excrement. Food crumbs on carpet. Bedding stained. Chair stained and not cleaned.
