avid hotel Plano North by IHG

Hotel was really great for lower star hotel. Room was always clean and staff was especially helpful. I would stay again.

I noticed that others complained about the noise in their reviews. We didn't have any issues at all with that. The room was on the smaller side, but ours had high ceilings (1st floor). Everything was clean and in order. I also saw others complain about the lack of a closet, but that was also fine. There was plenty of space to put our items, and we had 4 people staying in the room. Complimentary breakfast had some variety to it. The location offered convenient access to the highway, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a solid hotel for a reasonable price.

Overall pleasant experience at what I wasn’t quite sure would be. Everything was clean, but the breakfast fruit wasn’t very fresh. I’d still go back!

Comfortable beds, room and towels were clean, good variety of food for breakfast, especially potatoes were delicious. Coffee and tea available 24h, nice. Night lights in the bathroom nice touch. Very kind and responsive receptionist helped us set up TV in our room.

This hotel had the right utility, at the right price. It fulfilled it’s purpose for me and a little more.

The hotel is super clean and affordable. Like it. If would be better if green tea were provided.

The only issue I had was the toilet stopped working but they did get it back working quickly.

Great property. Clean, comfortable, new which is a plus. Great tv connectivity to stream from phone or login to Netflix. Negative would be the breakfast is highly lacking, very few choices, low quality.

Very comfortable bed. Well lit parking. Awesome staff. Laundry room. There is no air circulating in the laundry room. It's too hot in there.

The hotel was clean and smelled wonderful inside. They had a lot of great options for breakfast, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpfu. We had a wonderful time at this hotel! Since it was located close to the freeway it was a little noisy, however the hotel offered complementary ear plugs to remedy the issue. The room also did not have a closet to hang clothes, it had hooks on the wall instead, so they were hanging awkwardly along the wall. The room was a little small as well, which it would have been nice to have some more room to put our belongings.
