the pool was a little smaller than expected and while it was clean, there was noticeable rust and discolored tiles in that area.

They (upgraded) my room to a smelly full kitchen that was boxed in and stuffy. The A/C units worked poorly. The bed was like rocks just not what I expected from the reviews. When I asked about a change I was told they were sold out. Not one apology or compensation in any way. I definitely need a Doctor I'm leaving with sinuses flaring back hurting and fully irritated with a 5 hour drive home. I am truly disappointed and will be calling, emailing, and lodging a complaint with corporate.

The facilities are nice and comfortable but the staff is so rude. It looked like the people at the desk were always having a really bad day.

The staff were nice and attentive. The lobby rooms and elevators smelt great. The bathroom was clean and beautiful. The pool room seemed a little dirty but I was alot of traffic in there and the hot tub was cold.

Great for business trips for a few days...restaurants connected to the hotel. Good location as well. Everything you need 10 min or less away

Property was very nice, clean and safe. Close to several places for food, shopping and nightlife! The amenities are excellent. Especially the TUB!

Overall not bad. A TV show was filming here during our stay, and we had no idea until we arrived. The staff did great work accommodating around the filming. However, the room seemed older and a bit run down. It was a bit musty in our room. Overall, it was a good stay, though.
