Everything was great! There are plenty of restaurants in the area, but it's a quiet section of the city.

Placed in a room by the exit door and every time someone went out the door it was extremely loud and woke us up

The property was located in a really nice area. It’s within walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. It’s also right off the highway, but you don’t hear any traffic. Although this is a fairly new hotel, the air conditioning system runs loud at different times and can make sleeping difficult. The housekeeping staff should do a better job of cleaning the rooms. The first room I was given had some fluids/stains left on the toilet seat and I was given another room. In the second room, the floors had not been swept.

The worst experience I've ever had concerned the smoke alarm which has a very bright, although brief, but repetitive flash of light every 20 -30 seconds, barely noticeable during the day but terrible at night...I mentioned it to the very receptive hotel manager who said he'd look into it. For those of us of a certain age for whom walking in a new place at night is dangerous, a nightlight would be very helpful Finally, there is no dim night lite in the bathroom; instead, when the door is opened a brilliant light comes on which is reflected to a full length mirror in the hall opposite the bath room door and lights up the entire room like it's daylight...TERRIBLE

Super clean hotel. Very nice decor. Staff was super friendly and helpful. My only gripe was the water pressure for shower was really low.

Being what appeared to be a newer facility. The shower had a broken shelf and one of the complimentary shower gell containers was riped off the wall. Managment was made aware and appoligized.

The A/C unit in my room in my room sounded like turbine kicking on, but I work on a boat so it was like white noise to me.

Our room was clean. The AC unit was a little loud when it was on but it cooled the room.

I love the location! It was new and extremely clean!! The waffles were delicious in the morning for breakfast!! Everything was great....just a couple of suggestions...add a lighted and magnified makeup mirror by the desk, and think about adding an indoor pool to the property! That would make it a perfect place to visit!!

This new hotel was decorated beautifully. The room had comfortable bed and chairs with a fantastic shower. The color of the decor was pleasant throughout the common areas. Great breakfast was offered with plenty of room to sit and eat inside or on the deck outside. Definitely a great addition to this area.

Staff was amazing Loved everything

Couple of things could be improved. The motion detection light in bathroom at night is totali blinding. Would be easier on the eyes just to have night light. Second "the wall art" in the dining area looks like dirty diapers, very distasteful. No coffee or hot water beyond breakfast.

1) pay parking 2)room was smaller than expected and 3)reduced breakfast hours as well as reduced food choices

The Hotel is new and everything is perfect. Will definitely stay again. Just Perfect.
