Everything is clean. Service is great, staff helpful. Food was delicious, Greek mostly, which was nice. Located in small village, near the beach but also other very nice beaches can be reached easily by car. Nothing worth mentioning.

Nothing really We went on vacation expecting to relax and enjoy ourselves, but this hotel completely ruined the trip. From the moment we arrived, the service was apathetic and unprofessional. The staff acted like guests were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. No body speaks proper english, the stuff were extremly rude. The food - Absolutely inedible. Low-quality ingredients. The so-called “buffet” looked and tasted like leftovers from the previous day, and the restaurant staff seemed to care even less than the front desk. Most of the food was expired and spoiled. Don’t waste your money or your time. There are far better options out there.

During one of the evenings there was a fireworks around midnight which was crazy. We had breakfast and dinner included. Water in dinner's menu wasn't included which is not very greeky ;)

Beautiful place to stay with amazing and helpful staff. It's situated close to the beach( you have 2 routes to the beach, both through the forest, one longer and smoother and one shorter but with stairs). Each night has a different entertainment program and this was a really nice thing. Even if the food was varied and a lot, the quality of the ingredients was sometimes poor(for example the vegetables had a bit of old taste, they weren't fresh). For a 4star hotel this really needs to be improved, because right now, overall, the food is comparable with a 3 star hotel. You can make a very good meal with the options you have, however the food and quality of the ingredients can definitely be improved.

The variety of the food, the friendly manner of the staff. It was clean, and the enviroment was quiet. Unlike the food, the coffe wasn't good.

I loved the surroundings and the staff that were amazing ? That they didn't have their on beach or anything closer

We were 10 years ago here and now we saw the hotel is partially renovated, but….. the overall feeling is far away from 4 star hotel. The food is even worse than before, you cannot find even one thing to eat for dinner. The breakfast is a little bit better, but far away from good. Sorry, we gave second chance to the hotel, but only the staff is nice.

Cozy I wouldn’t word it so strongly as saying that I didn’t like it, but from the photos it looked like it was situated more in a wooded area that you could take a nice walk in, which wasn’t so much the case.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are modern. We were accomodated in a room with pool view. Food is tasty. You can find something for every taste. Staff is friendly. Beach is a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. You can use the stairs or go down the hill, along Hotel Melissa. You will get to Melissa Beach bar where we had a very pleasant time. Wifi connection

The breakfeast and dinner variety was nice, the place is nice with nice garden. The room was also nice, comfortable, parking for the car is free. In front of the rooms of the balcony it smells if you open the balcony door. Also at the dinner there was nothing to drink, every drink you need to pay it even water if you want.

We have had an amazing time. The kids have lots of fun, the food was great, the room was clean, and the staff was overall nice The lifeguard from the pool was quite rude and annoying. We understand the rules, but his attitude was very bossy and arrogant. We tried to ignore him as we did not want to ruin our holiday.
