Great! Staff is exceptional. No toilet paper in room, no facial tissue and towels warn/frayed.

The room was clean and spacious with plenty of lighting. The bed was comfortable. We were able to change our devices overnight. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Helen is so friendly. She is such a ray of sunshine. The front desk staff is also friendly and very professional. I was not disappointed with this stay.

The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel is located in a very convenient area close to shopping, dining and entertainment. The breakfast was the best I've had in years at a hotel. Whoever runs and manages the breakfast buffet should be commended. Overall, a short but comfortable stay.

Room had a plastic bag over smoke detector and the bathroom door required lifting to close and did not lock. Unsatisfactory when spending over $200 for a room.

I paid for a different night then what it booked, I did not stay this not or ever at this property. I paid for a night and couldn't get the reservation moved, refunded and no one could do anything to help. I'm a rewards member and stay at the one in canon city almost every weekend and they still wouldn't help with the situation. For some to care, to be able to help or give some kind of answers.

Staff was great went beyond to help resolve my concern Booked a room with two queen beds when we got to motel find out they have been booked out for weeks we ended up with a king size bed which wouldn't work for me and granddaughters. Staff were able to bring a rollaway .
