The first room assigned smelled like piss. We opened the door and closed it and requested another room. The staff were very helpful in getting us a different room. Everything was great after that.

When we got to the reception, we discover the two room we ordered with king size bed was not available. We made the reservation two hours before and got there at 10:30. Explanation didn’t make sense. What happened. One of the party receive a room that wasn’t cleaned, but then promptly will change to a clean room. Otherwise it was OK thank you

Spent one night, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of room to move around. Breakfast was great! Everything was good,no complaints.

Spacious room, nice staff, pet friendly with green areas to let dogs relieve themselves The rooms were not very clean, and the stairs and elevators looked like they had not been clean in some time. The stairs were particularly very smelly.

Very clean. Great price. East to find with 4-5 food choices in walking distance. 5 mile safe walk nearby. Gym and pool are great clean extras.

Clean, good breakfast, great size room, pleasant staff. No washcloths in room & then only two available upon request. Hardly any seating in lobby area except for dining chairs.

The hotel was very well maintained. The lobby and room were very clean and inviting. The complimentary breakfast included eggs and meat every morning plus the normal assortment of choices. The staff was always pleasant and accommodating. Gabby checked us in on our arrival. She went above and beyond for us. She did a great job and deserves recognition.

I did get the young ladies name who was there when we check in and also when we checked out was but she was so friendly and so helpful she accommodated a perfect room for us to be able to see and keep an eye out on our boat. Great customer service because of her we will for sure stay there again . Hotel and pool was great also Breakfast could have been better eggs where suoer cold both days we ate but other than that we had a great stay.
