The hallways on the 2nd floor were in horrible shape as far as cleanliness. The caulking around the shower was very poorly done & looked terrible. On our last morning there, the electric went out in the room. I was unable to call the front desk , so I had to go down stairs to let them know. Front desk staff was extremely apologetic and requested the maintenance staff(he was standing right there) to go and switch the breaker to our room. For some reason, he was unable to do so and the electric remind off . When we finally checked out, she again apologized for the inconvenience.

Check the breakfast menu. Not a choice of simple foods. To much of a chef style. Could be a challenge for kids too.

The staff were always nice and willing to help. I had an early flight and they made sure I got checked in early. The room and place was always clean and love that I was waking distant to restaurants and shopping centers

The room was perfect! The beds were so comfortable, the bedding was the perfect weight, and the atmosphere was quiet and calming.

I like that the property was on capital, a mall, & other food places near. it was a easy process for check in/check out & the balcony was a plus . I didn’t like the shower tiles & corners of the shower.. it could be scrubbed more. The sheets had pee stains or some type of stain on it. I called to get a new bedding sheet & I was told “ if it’s more, we’ll bring you one if not we won’t” which should’ve been handled better. I’m a housekeeper myself so if I had to her cover clean it & bring it back… I would. Overall the hotel was good, water hot, room spacious, balcony had enough room etc.

Bed was comfy, room was really nicely laid out, and had features like the tv being able to be pulled out for better viewing from parts of the room. Awesome place, would stay again.
