Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Crabtree

I stayed at the Embassy Suites to plan a future relocation to the Raleigh area. The hotel in all aspects met or exceeded my expectations. The daily breakfast was not overly crowded with replenishing of all breakfast items as needed. Aesthetically, the room is dark, but very clean and accommodating. Noise levels were minimal. The internet connection was strong enough for a relaxing stay. There is a parking garage in the back of the hotel to accommodate larger crowds. Customer service at this hotel is excellent. Lastly, it is located near major interstates and roadways, making it a breeze to get around, even for an out-of-towner.

We had a really nice day here. The staff were friendly and helpful they had a complimentary happy hour with two drinks per person the rooms were nice and clean. The only thing I will say is they put on there the rooms were soundproof I disagree. The rooms were not sound proof which is one of the reasons why I chose this place. But overall we had a great experience

Nice clean spacious rooms,. Extra sink & mirror in the BR area was nice perk. For some reason the kitchen sink was locked off but that was not an issue for us anyway.

Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and the staff was amazing!!

It is a beautiful hotel!

Two night stay was most comfortable; just needed an adjustable bed for sleep to have been better. Cannot have ALL the perks available at home when traveling; other than that the amenities and location and staff could not have been better! Appreciate the kindness shown by employees from front desk to breakfast to the evening reception helpers. Excellent!

The restaurant was great, best free breakfast I’ve experienced! Room set up was roomy and I liked the idea of separate sleeping areas. The sofa bed was TERRIBLE. The mattress is way too thin and the frame bar was in my back, I had to sleep cross was on top of mattress, barely slept! For over $200 a night that was totally unacceptable. That was the main reason I chose Embassy suites!

The location was great and the staff was wonderful. Had a really good weekend.

If you are a animal lover or have pets this definitely the best hotel to stay to. I notice a lot of guest had large dogs, they took them to breakfast as well as happy hour. If you have allergies you might wanna look for another place to stay.

Lovely hotel! I would question the "soundproof rooms" claim, as we were woken up by a neighbor having a phone conversation on speaker at 7:15 a.m. I couldn't tell if it was in the hallway or coming through the wall, but we could clearly hear the whole thing. Otherwise, it was lovely!

Everything was lovely about this hotel. The suite was very clean. The breakfast was also delicious.

Farina at the front desk was excellent!
