This hotel is so nice but the breakfast is not all that

Room was clean. Bed was a little firmer than I would've liked. We went to the pool it's was very clean and well maintained. Hot tub was very relaxing. We had eggs, sausage, and potatoes for breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The airport shuttle does not operate all of the time. Be careful with your planning. We had to pay for an Uber.

The helpful and friendly front desk at check in. We had a long day of flights and airport layover. We were very tired. No ice or vending on our floor.

Clean room, furniture outdated but ok, we were put in a handicap room even though we are not handicapped and could not put shower handheld to tallest part so hand to hold it to shower

Breakfast was good and the kitchen staff was very helpful. The front desk staff .. No smiles . The two ladies had a stern and mean look and just were not friendly. Poor customer service acted like they were been bothered . Very unapproachable .

Location to food and shopping It's was okay, the rooms were older and the pool was small. A kid went to the restroom in the pool and they closed it down for 24-72 hours

The breakfast was delicious but the hotel was very clean and must have been recently renovated as everything throughout the hotel appeared to be very up to date. Would definitely stay again.

Room was very clean. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was good(not the best) but good. The fitness center needs some attention as well as some more equipment.
