It was great for a weekend during Canes Parade.

The lady at the desk was nice and accommodating when I voiced concerns about my stay The property needed a good update! It is def not the same as described on booking.com. Very secluded area and sketchy looking. And no breakfast as described

Ther room was dirty, roaches, and the toilet ran all night. I was double charged. Reached out and no resolution. The person on night audit name "Ray" said she would make the manager's name "Bill Harvin". No one followed up or called.

The location. No amenities.

Pleasant

Room smelled like smoke when we got inside so we burned an incense and got put out for smoke smell and it wasn’t even us we had our 1yr old with us . No towels in the room we had to ask front desk I also had to do some cleaning myself the bathroom wasn’t to my standards this hotel use to look way better about 2-3 years ago now after dark it looks like crackhead central lots of activity outside at night even the police were in the parking lot most of the night

Front staff was great and helpful. Rooms are right for two people and a dog

Only good thing was the location near the convention center where I attended an event. Price j was charged at check in was more than the amount I got from hotels.com when I made the booking. Asked for a receipt and was told one would be emailed to me. Never got anything. Guest services application on the TV didn't work. Never again.

Roaches

It had a table I could use to study and work. I stayed at the Red Roof Inn Plus from June 1–4 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I entered the room, there was a strong musty, humid odor that made the entire space feel unclean. The room and furnishings appeared extremely outdated, and the mattress was one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on—hard, lumpy, and seemingly well past its useful life. My biggest concern was safety. Although the room door would lock, it did not feel secure. Even when locked, the door could still be pushed or pulled enough to create concern that someone could potentially force their way inside. As a guest traveling away from home, this made me feel very unsafe throughout my stay. Overall, the property is in serious need of updates, better maintenance, and improved security measures. I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay.

Safe Pretty clean

The staff was nice I had to switch rooms twice. First room the ac was broken. Second room smelled horrible. The last room had bugs in the shower. They had one elevator and it smelled like weed
