It was a short stay so I wasn’t able to use all the amenities .Overall, good stay but there’s one big reason I don’t give five stars: plastic cutlery in the breakfast room. The amount of plastic waste every day is huge. Please, replace all the plastic forks, knives, spoons, and cups with reusable/washable material.

The staff was welcoming. The room was fairly clean. The shower didn't drain well at all. It was not acceptable.

The staff was very friendly I did find it odd they asked what vehicle we drove but a few hours later my husband and I saw a vehicle with the lights still on we told the front desk and they were very prompt at informing the person whose vehicle it was so it was very fortunate that they do ask what vehicle people are coming in by. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of options for every dietary need. The room was spacious and the air conditioning works amazing considering when we stayed it was a very very hot weekend. Will definitely be staying there again when we go back to visit family

The room was clean and fairly large. The bed was comfortable. Staff was wonderful. It was a bit noisy though.

We showed up an hour ahead of our check in time, and they gave us permission to use the wifi while we waited to check-in. The desk agent checked to see if our room was ready, and she confirmed that it was ready, so we were allowed to check in early, and my son was able to do his entire virtual school event in our room. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Easy parking, safe location, convenient indoor heated pool, rooms were spacious and clean, gym was clean and has basics for a morning workout, and breakfast was more than your basic grab-n-go. Have stayed here a few times and will be back again! Staff is friendly
