J Resort

The J resort was well appointed and very clean. We were very happy with our stay.

the room was clean; however i was disappointed that the room is not made up daily without asking. staff was great. breakfast at hannah's was really fresh. did not go to the bar.

Clean room, helpful staff, early check in. All good things. Only downside was several ice machines not working on several floors of Birch tower. A small issue. Otherwise, one of the best stays and values for the money in Reno Nv. Thanks J, we'll be back.

Bedding was skimpy and polyester (made for a tough night’s sleep)

The room was very clean and up to date. Two blocks from the main Reno thoroughfare. Parking in the garage no problem. Before checking out the air conditioner seemed to have stopped working but I’m sure they will take care of that.

Honestly pretty icky. You get what you pay for but this was disappointing

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Reno's main streets and attractions. There is plenty of onsite parking, which was very convenient. Our room was spacious, modern, and appeared quite new. The large TV screen was a nice addition. Although there were no casual food options available, the Italian steakhouse served exceptional steaks and was one of the highlights of our stay. The water pressure was not always consistent. Since the hotel has a casino entrance, cigarette smoke from people smoking downstairs could sometimes be noticeable. Housekeeping was limited during our stay – the room was not serviced, and towels were only replaced and trash removed upon request. The pillows were also too high and stiff for our preference.

It was nice, clean and easy to access. The room was larger than expected and had a small balcony that was a pleasant surprise.

Overall, I would return but skip the Afterglow and Hannah's TabIe next time.

Clean room, shower head could be hand held instead of stationery, friendly staff, would come back again.

My husband and I are locals and stayed here for a week while getting our house ready to sell. We really liked our spacious room with a great view and comfortable bed, and we enjoyed all of the art in and around the property. The J Resort is pretty good to locals with 25% off daily discounts. We also took advantage of the two for the price of one buffet on Tuesdays. And with the summer heat, we went to the pool a few times in the evenings, and each time we did we noted that there was no monitoring by staff whatsoever. People brought glass beer bottles to the pool and many children were left unattended in the hot tub (so no room for adults that were coming into the pool area to use it).

The room was perfect

The J resort was a beautiful place. The rooms were well decorated and so clean and comfortable. We ate at Hanna’s restaurant inside. Very good! Would definitely stay again.

Everything but the pool was great. For the price, outstanding

Hallway on the 14th floor was never vacuumed and continued to accumulate floor fodder the entire stay. It would be lovely to have a second pool area that is designated as adult only. While we love children, it would be nice to enjoy the pool area without yelling, screaming and things being thrown. We enjoyed Hannah's Table. The short walk in to the other casinos was enjoyable, with art to explore. Overall, we are impressed with the concept J Resort is implementing.

It was close to area

We stayed for 4 nights and the second night we ask for bedding to be changed but they didn't do that but otherwise it was a nice. We ate at one restaurant and I forgot the name of it several times and it was good
