Everything is a lie about this hotel- they have lots of pictures with the pool for a reason. Rooms are very old school, bathrooms need renovations. AC units are not working at all times, we suspected that they are all centralized so the hotel can stop all units at specific times (a small icon that indicates the screen is locked would pop up for several hours daily: I added a picture down here with how that looks like)- when complained about it they would tell you that the AC guy is coming tomorrow to fix them and to be understanding- mind you it’s 30+ degrees and impossible to sleep without AC (I was here end of May 24 degrees and it was impossible without AC) Also, the location is very close to clubs and bars and the windows are not sound proof so if you wanna have a rest at night good luck with that- everything quiets down around 5am. The house keepers are very very loud in the early mornings, running up and down, slamming doors, talking on the phone while cleaning the rooms. Breakfast was a total disaster, we walked in one morning to check the food, left and never came back again. Definitely don’t pay for breakfast. Other people in some other reviews they say that this turns into a party hotel mid season- I can totally believe it while it’s very close to the bar areas and club street. They take advantage of the hotel’s location, being very central and don’t care about offering good quality services.

Maybe they should be careful about cleaning at the rooms there was so many little hair in the room like sheets, towels and the other stuff at the room.

Friendly stuff. Very helpful. Thank you

Temperature is controlled centrally, so the A/C unit only blew hot air. In order for the room to not be stifling, we were obliged to keep the window (that is, the balcony door) open... Which is not good for security, or for mosquitos. Also, the vent fan in the bathroom did not function.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. Upon arrival, we were given a room with a broken door lock, which required immediate replacement. Unfortunately, that was just the start of a series of issues. The new room had no towels available. When we requested some, we were told to collect them ourselves from the reception as no staff member could bring them to the room — a level of service far below what should be expected. We also requested an iron, which was provided without an ironing board because, according to staff, they didn’t have any available. Things worsened when we tried to use the air conditioning. It ran for only a few minutes before shutting off completely. Although we asked for assistance, the staff sent someone clearly unqualified, who simply reset the circuit breaker — resulting in only a temporary fix that lasted another few minutes. When we requested a proper solution, such as a room change or partial refund, we received no response. As a result, we were forced to spend the night in an uncomfortably hot room without working air conditioning, in an area too noisy to leave the windows open. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The lack of basic amenities, poor service, and unresponsive staff made our stay incredibly unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great proximity to the beach and great view from the balcony There was nothing that I didn’t like about the hotel

Superb location and great staff! I checked in at midnight and was put up in a room with a door that couldn’t lock, but was moved to another (upgraded) room the next morning. The breakfast wasn’t worth it. We decided to go out for breakfast every morning instead.

Noise was another major issue. There’s almost no soundproofing, not even at the main door of the room, so every sound from the hallway and outside poured in. Since the hotel is located right on a busy, touristy road lined with bars, nights were especially loud and made it difficult to get any rest. Overall, between the poor upkeep, uncomfortable furnishings, and constant noise, this hotel did not provide the relaxing experience we expected.

Not much, bad treatment, old rooms, and bullying of guests We booked a hotel at full price for two rooms for 8 days, according to the pictures they posted. In fact, they put us in different rooms than we booked, old rooms in an old building across the street, in my opinion, workers' quarters, with a bad smell and terrible maintenance. During my son's stay at your hotel, he suffered from hotel employee bullying of guests. one of the hotel employees ( big, bold guy) threatened him, threw garbage at their room, and forced them to give him 50 euros, and later refused to return the 50 euros to my son.

The friendly staff, central Location, good breakfast! The toilet in Greece.

Air conditioning included in the price. Good location in Rodos town, easy to reach places, although noisy because of the nearby bar street. The hotel was very noisy all the time. It's not just the bar street where young people are having fun at night - I don't mind that - but at daytime the pool also had a constant disco beat and loud music always so all in all it's very noisy all the time.

Close to the bar street and really loud music making really hard to sleep

Rooms are a bit dated but quite spacious.

The hotel is clearly in a more party area with younger people around but we couldn't hear anything from our room. All the facilities were good considering the price especially the pool which was new! All the staff around the pool were lovely and very helpful and the food and drink was good! There is also a shop across the road which was very handy! There is no coffee machine in the room, it was stated there was and we asked, they said it was just the kettle and we would have to buy coffee. Also the music around the pool was very loud sometimes and not quite the relaxing vibe we were looking for during the day.

Good, clean, quiet and comfortable room, AC working properly. Good enough location (if you don't mind walking a little). The staff is supportive and cater to your needs as much as possible. Didn't try the breakfast but seems OK. Hot water took 2 days to fix but it was done eventually. There is a construction going on nearby so might be a little noisy sometimes, not at night though.
