Front desk staff was super helpful with guiding me through a unique situation. Rooms were spacious and clean, location is great and there are enough things to do/places to eat right outside so you wouldn’t have to go too far unless you wanted to. Never any issues finding a place nearby to park, excellent experience all around.

Great location, free parking in back that allows you to take elevator all the up to the room makes for easy loading and unloading.

The staff was not helpful at all, except for one woman, way after. We weren’t given any estimated time and we drove in from out of state for a concert. Very disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. The staff was great, very clean and the room we really like. The ONLY negative is parking. Very little parking in the back and they explained we could park in the garage but never told us where so we tried to find it and entered one garage but our key didn’t work so I assumed that wasn’t their garage. I do take some blame there for not asking specifically but I kinda feel like it was up to them to explain where. Again we will definitely stay again!

Our stay was very pleasant. Great location and the staff was friendly. The manager during our stay was Christina T. She was very kind and pleasant. She assisted my family with all our needs and was very kind.

Beautiful hotel. Very well kept and CLEAN! Beds are comfortable and pool was great for us. Maybe some more breakfast options available also.

Oh, Need hooks in the bathrooms for towels.

Staff was on point. Parking was simple in their own lot behind the building. There were a few restaurants within walking distance.

We were allowed an early checkin which was helpful because we were there for a basketball tournament. The front desk was a amazing and tied our stay to our Marriott points which rarely happens. The room was nice but wouldn't cool down they cleaned the vent but it still would not get cooler so they gave us another room that worked out great!

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was so nice. Parking was available in parking Garage. I would definitely book here again.

As always the staff went over and beyond what was asked of them . I have never experiences a staff as friendly and welcoming as, it seems, all your employees are! nothing was bad maybe I can get an upgrade next time. Seriously though one complaint was if I buy the room through an internet broker I get a better room then when I book it through you. I have to do it through you or I don't get credit for the stay in the bonus membership. what gives?

I love staying at ALoft. I booked a king size bed since early in the beginning of the week. When I arrived I was provided with a two queen bed room. Completely not what I booked. Other than that everything has been great
