The breakfast wasn’t good. It was the bare minimum.

The room provided was different from what I had booked; the front desk informed me that the room type I reserved was sold out. It was already nearly midnight, so they gave me three options: 1. Have the booking platform cancel the order; 2. Go to another hotel located half an hour away; or 3. Accept a smaller room at the same price. Since I was traveling with a child, I had no choice but to accept the smaller room.

They should be more forthcoming about the train, it’s about 10 trains per night. We were there for multiple nights. Also we were told housekeeping every other day and were there for 4 nights and had zero housekeeping

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean.The breakfast was good, the usual complementary type.

Just be aware that there are train lines behind the hotel. Didn't bother our stay, but be aware. Everything else was awesome!

The room was ample and easy to move around. I really like the layout of the bathroom as well, the lighted mirror was my favorite. The pull out the couch was great and my little boy liked having his own little area away from the king size bed. The staff was very friendly and very prompt to respond to any requests made. I am big on cleanliness and Springhill Suites met my expectations. The bed sheets were super white and crisp, the bed was comfortable. The towels were nice and fluffy. It wasn't horrible but we didn't care for the hot breakfast. The scrambled eggs were runny and the bacon was paper thin. Aside from that everything else was good.
