Eagle Inn by Hotel O Richmond Midlothian Turnpike

Booked room thru Expedia. Expedia charged my card $158. Get to hotel. They say room is booked but they only received $38. They said I have to pay the balance. I left. Still awaiting refund.

This property is terribly ran down and porrly kept. The freezer shelf was broken , the toilet tank top was cracked and could cut any guest, bathrrpm caulk has suspect mold growth , shower diverter leaks on the cold side , the showerhead leaks, there is a big hole at the bottom of bathroom door, the chair had several stains and looks like something off of Sanford and Son.The comforter had so many hole in it, it looks like it was used for target practice , facebowl faucet was loose and the customer service is very , very , very terrible. They tell customers to move so that they can park there car and yells at the customer to park in fron of there rooms and the spots are numbered. I have pictures and videos but there is not a section for uploading photos and video.

Everything worst experience

There was some miscommunication with the procedure to login and some damage to the room already there from previous users. But despite those things it was nice, pleasant and needed. Water pressure was good, bathroom was filled with clean hygiene ideas like towels and rags and tissues and soap (not enough soap,but a family dollar was across the street

Smoothly and efficient. Only stayed a night. It's quiet and convenient. Good location.

There what looked like makeup splatter on a mirror. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Nothing but a tiny ass bar of soap to clean with. The tv didn’t work. Staff was super quiet and first impressions wasn’t pleasant. Real worry for bedbugs with how poorly this place is handled. Won’t be staying there ever again, and I’m used to roach motels. This one sucked.

I canceled. People are so rude.

Quick check in, clean room, great shower. Was scammed on $50 deposit from my debt card. Will not stay again.

Very bad surroundings. Dangerous for a solo woman. A few staff members are harassing

Comfortable bed, microwave and a fridge. It was very quiet. The hot water wasn’t hot enough.
