The checking in looked a bit run down. But when we got to the rooms it was very clean. Water pressure was great!

Clean, no bugs , stove only had two working burners but that was not a big deal. No remote for tv took a full day to get one . They seem short staffed but all staff was kind . Really no major issues . Would stay here again.

Went to check in and waited 30 mins in a hot lobby to do so and then was told that they had no rooms available. I booked this room well in advance so there is no reason why I shouldn’t have a room but a walk in does. Highly disappointed.

So we paid for wifi that never worked. When we called the front desk, they told us to call a separate number that never actually answered. At least one of us got sick from the air conditioning in the rooms that seem like they have never been cleaned. Actually my worst experience ever at a hotel booked through expedia.

Upon arrival, the upkeep in of the external, the properties is questionable.

The surfaces were visibly dirty - side tables, floor, stovetop, and parts of the kitchen. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the floor was warped and coming up from what looked like previous water damage.

Residents kept propping open the side exit door. It was left open overnight.

Staffing

There’s was no hot breakfast. It’s just a coffee machine and packaged muffins. The furniture and appliance has wear and tear. The room doesn’t look as pictured.

the camera in your face at the front desk is weird to me. it makes it feel like it’s not a safe neighborhood

It was ok, I had issues with the toilet and a sink there were clogged ,two lamps weren't working & there was a big water bug I had to ask staff to remove. 😳

Everything was terrible, seriously. I booked a studio that had broken furniture in it. The nightstand was broken, and one leg of the coffee table was damaged. The bathtub drained extremely slowly. Even though it was a studio, the kitchen had zero utensils. The telephone line didn’t work either. For every single issue, we had to go downstairs to the front desk. We asked for kitchen utensils, and the lady handed us a huge basket with pots, plates, glasses, etc. We had to carry that heavy basket all the way to our room only to find that one saucepan was completely tarnished and peeling from everywhere. It looked disgusting. We had to go all the way back again just to request a proper saucepan. Later, we found out the iron didn’t work either, so again we had to go downstairs and ask. It was multiple unnecessary rounds up and down. The breakfast was terrible too. They claimed to serve coffee, but there wasn’t even milk or proper hot water available. They didn’t even have drinking water to serve. Everything was rubbish. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived to check in - I waited 45 minutes then cancelled the reservation and booked at a different property.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The Emergency side door was propped open with a rock at night. When we checked in they gave us a room key to an occupied room and fortunately we only saw an open suitcase and not walk in and disturb someone. These 2 situations made us feel unsafe. The desk clerk gave us a new room and in the middle of the night, at 3 am, the smoke detector battery alarm started going off. Needless to say we didn't get a good nights sleep or enjoy our stay.

My entire stay at this location was great.Its was quiet staff was accommodating and the manager always great me with a smile.Great customer service.

No breakfast. No real amenities at all. Clean room. Comfortable bed.
