Stay a decent amount of Marriott’s. This one was not up to usually standards.

Great hotel for family travel.The beach has pretty fish next to the rocks behind the hotel and my kids love the waterslide. Will be staying there again.

While the hotel's public amenities were fantastic, our actual room fell incredibly short, and management's hands-off policy left us completely stranded. We booked a room for five people but were only given three chairs, and the room's dishwasher was completely broken for our entire stay. Although the staff acknowledged the issue and even issued a case number, they flat-out refused to fix the appliance, claiming that maintenance is entirely up to the individual room owner. It is a total gamble staying here; if you get assigned a room with a negligent owner, management will wash their hands of the problem and leave you screwed.

We had a beautifully, clean 2 bedded apartment with nice balcony views over the beach and Singer Island. We had a few minor problems the sliding doors in both rooms kept opening after they were closed. The remote control was not working in one of the bedrooms and in the other bathroom there was no hot water but apart from that all was good. We did not use the kitchen. The pool and beach area was nice. We ate on the beach and the food was first class, the service on the beach was really good along with the drinks. Valet parking was reasonable at $42 a day. Great to have Starbucks in the hotel entrance area. Would stay here again.

We loved are experience!

Room was impressive, on first arrival, til we noticed issues making it a little run down. The Vanity mirror light didn’t work, main tv remote was overused and would change channels without multiple clicks, two lamps and the light over the shower were nonstop flickering, a big clump of hair in the shower drain as well as weird stains on the comforter and curtains.

The kitchen was infested by roaches. The oven filthy and the stove cracked. None of the bathroom plugs worked

My stay had mixed feelings. I didn’t know it was air bnb stay and the hotel staff were handicap in being able to make decisions about early check in. When I got to my room there was a huge trash can full of dirty water in front of my door. The water reeked of mildew. I asked the hotel staff to take care of it and they never did.

Love the spacious rooms and views. Restaurant did not disappoint

So peaceful

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was very nice! Pool doesn’t seem to get cleaned often they had a broken drain right near shallow area where children walk. Lots of stuff in drains on edge and tile doesn’t look to be cleaned. Ladies running slide were super friendly and made sure kids enjoyed it. Bar by slide pool was great, everything is expensive so be prepared. We will come again!

What a great experience. Loved the large suites, restaurants, spa, pools, hot tub, and waterslide. The staff was so accommodating, especially housekeeping.

Great place, great staff, locals and other guests ehhhh… judgmental, full of Botox, and absolutely hate you for being on top floor when they could neverrrrrr……
