I explained that I simply needed a place to rest overnight. I even pointed out that Roanoke serves much of rural Southwest Virginia for medical care. They didn’t care. No exceptions, no compassion, just “it’s our policy.” Their only consolation? “We won’t charge you.” If this absurd policy exists, it should be clearly disclosed before taking reservations. Instead, they let you book, show up, and then turn you away. The lack of empathy and basic customer service was astounding. I understand businesses have rules, but allowing the booking (I entered my home address while making the reservation) and hiding behind them when someone shows up is shameful. We’ll never stay here, and I would strongly caution anyone traveling for medical care to book elsewhere unless you want the added stress of being refused at the front desk.

At first I thought wow this property is very clean. Now took a nice shower ate some dinner watched TV and fell asleep. It wasn’t till I went to go out my socks on I noticed that the bottom of my feet were dirty. I know I didn’t walk anywhere while I was sleeping. I instantly got an attitude. I took 2 pics and went and washed my feet again. To sum it up those carpets or tiles are filthy and need to be cleaned a lot better than they are. My feet should not be dirty the next morning after taking a shower. This made my whole stay sour. This cleaning needs to be done

The pool was closed for quite a while when we got there which was very unexpected as we had booked this hotel for our kiddo to swim.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk attendant. Our room was clean and quiet and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast area was well attended, clean and stocked full of meats, eggs, a selection of cereals and bakery items and a fresh made pancake service. I would highly recommend this location for the quality stay and pricing.

They didn’t refund my deposit despite calling them many times They’ll say check with your bank/ credit card company and all But won’t return your deposit
