My son called the hotel the Friday night to say he wasn’t coming that day but he will arrive early the next day. When he arrived at 10 am Saturday they had gave away the room! They were fully booked. Very rude. Not okay

The location was great. The indoor pool was nice. The booking didn’t mention 100$ deposit for each room. Held it 5 days after check out. The day of check out items were removed from my room and I was locked out 1hr before check out.

The rooms were great. Love all the access to plugs for phone chargers etc. Love the paint scheme in the room also.

None of the amenities I could use since the were renovating and I didn't even get a discount. Drunk men were hanging out in the hallway and one of them threw up all over the carpet.

The hotel is getting a fresh update and it looks amazing. Our room was so spacious. Breakfast was great! Only complaint, they did not have pack and plays or baby cribs babies… so our infant had to sleep in bed with us. It was not ideal at all. And I’ve never heard of a hotel not having accommodations for a baby.

New mattress very comfortable 0 Lady on 3-11 was not friendly. She may have had a bad day, but very blunt.

The staff member who checked us in was impolite and unfriendly. Notably, the young woman on duty wore pajamas, which fell short of professional standards.
