I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds several months ago. When we arrived we were put in a disability room with a king bed. The bathroom was dirty the carpets were dirty. The bathroom had pubic hair on the toilet. There was hair on the floor also. An odor was emanating from the floor and shower drain. We were very disappointed. We will never stay in another Radisdon

This was a great place to stay for our family, and we would definitely come back. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. There was a good variety of foods at breakfast and it was open late- until 10. My kids enjoyed the pool but were sad that the hot tub wasn't working.

The staff was very nice but the room smelled like mold. I went down stairs and asked the front desk to switched rooms which they said no problems but the second rooms smelled even worse. So we ended up staying in the original room. I booked for two night but I left after the first night because i couldn’t handle the smell any more. Very disappointed.

Our blanket on the bed was dirty, staff replaced right away. The bathroom floor had hair on it and the sink didn’t drain and was pretty gnarly. The bathroom door sticks and we were unable to open it all the way. This site says there is a hot tub, staff confirmed it has not been working for over 2 years. The pool was pretty gross and there were no pool towels on the shelf. Breakfast was not horrible but we felt like there should have been more assistance to the girl working. There was a big baseball team there just plowing through everything and she had a hard time by herself. The hotel should have had help for her since I’m sure it was well k own how full the hotel was well in advance. For the price we paid I would not stay here again. I feel like we overpaid for this stay by a good $100

Very well priced and easy to locate a mile off highway. Clean, safe, and very affordable. Excellent breakfast. Bed was a little firm but otherwise amazing hotel.

The Staff was very personable and helpful. The room was clean, well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and included eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and many other breakfast items.

Close to The Amp and many other restaurants!! Beds comfortable. Perfect for what we wanted! Not much. No ashtray/receptacle outside.

All was nice and spacious and quiet. All was good, my husband enjoyed spending a couple of nights there.

The staff was amazing. The price was very competitive for what they offer. I liked the fact that the pool was open until midnight. I will stay here again.

First thing to say is that the staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of good people working there. The hotel property is clean. However, it is not maintained to standards. The bedding long ago lost any comfort, the carpet in the main hallway first floor is buckling, and the fitness center had serious issues - only the elliptical worked; the treadmill and recumbent bike (with exposed wiring appearing to be taped by a non-electrician) did not. The flooring was worn and had gaps, PLUS the air conditioner does not work unless you count blowing hot air as "working". Plus, there is a glass wall facing the pool area. Who wants to work out staring at an old guy swimming in a speedo (I kid you not)? Have some opaque film applied at eye level so the light still gets through. Also, the key cards continually ceased working. We went through five key cards before the staff realized that they weren't copying the key, so the new key card forced our other cards to not work. Great location and again, the staff were the saving grace for this property. Owners need to spend the $$ to maintain their investment.
