The only positive note was the staff. They were very friendly and courteous.

Clean and restful night

Cockroaches! As soon as we entered the room and turned the lights on they scattered! Immediately left!

I reserved a room and received confirmation but they could not give me one since they didn’t have one available.

They responded quickly my room's bath tub was backing up which I couldn't take a shower when I needed at the time. Parking lot had number of broken vehicles and vehicles that probably been left or abandoned some filled up with luggage and flat tires.

Hmmmm. I felt as if I checked into a halfway or transitional facility. The entrance was littered with people smoking in bonnets and slides. The parking lot had people hanging out in their cars. Dogs barking at 3am. The room was bare essentials at best. There were roaches in bathroom. The faucet wasn’t attached to sink, just merely resting in the pre-drilled holes. If I hadn’t prepaid, I wouldn’t have stopped. I can say more but the chances of change are slim to none. Just beware this is not a good facility and you may feel unsafe.

The rooms look like dorm rooms in college. They are very clean too.

I am a frequent traveler and this was one of the worst times I have had. Good luck.

This was a overall one star experience. My room was fully paid for through Expedia and when I arrived to check in my room had been given away. The girl was nonchalant and said i did not pay for it even when i showed her my reciept from Expedia. I had to pay again for the stay. It was late and we travelled all day so we needed to stay so i paid again..They put me in a smaller room and it was disgusting. The smell of the carpets in the halls was strong and nausiating...I did not even want to walk barefoot on the hard floors in the room on the floor. The TV did not work and the showerhead had horrible hard water buildup. I checked out early the next day. The manager was there and was very helpful and he offered a full refund but 7 days later I received only partial. Never again! I do not recommend this location.

Had to change rooms because there were bugs all over the room. New room had a loud a/c that kept us up. The light overhead randomly turned on/off and the TV kept freezing mid screen. We were told to talk to manager about partial refund but no manager on duty. Then told because we went through Expedia and already paid not much they could do on their end. They offered an additional stay but one was more than enough. Also we ran into three different people with pets. If it’s pet friendly fine but disclose that because some people have allergies.

The room smelled, blinds were broken, the walls were dirty. The bedding was horrible and the bed kept rolling away from the backboard.
-
We stayed one night and it suited our needs. The room was nice and the place was relatively quiet even being somewhat close to the highway. The bed was comfortable as well.
-
Drug use was very high. High security needed. Staff was pleasant. Room sanitary but run down. Didn’t feel safe. Ambulances their several times

Clean room

The only issue that I really had was the fact that I booked for this place thinking I was coming and getting a room and they were overbooked and they keep getting overbooked. The staff was very nice and helpful, but there needs to be something about the overbooking.

Didn’t have any rooms available upon arrival but still able to purchase online?
-
What stands out is the staff is overall very courteous. The atmosphere is very calm and safe. Highly recommended

I had to cancel my reservation there because i drive a semi tractor and would have had to park on the other end of the lot. Too far for my dog to walk just after leg amputation.
-
I found it interesting the room came with stove and refrigerator but no dishes or cooking utensils. But u could purchase at an astronomical price. Didn’t like that at all. But staff was very nice.

The manager and his staff are excellent and the service there is unexplainable. I wish all hotels offered this this type of service
