The lobby was brightly decorated and comfortable. Good coffee

Staff was kind. The place was not clean though; we lacked towels, hand soap, body soap, toilet paper (after calling requesting them) I had difficulties at night since A/C-heat system was always running and could not be regulated. We had to go to a different hotel mid-week.

We had a very nice stay! The gals at the desk were so welcoming and helpful. Our room was so nice! It was nice to have a spacious parking lot. I will encourage people to stay here!

After a twenty minute wait, he finally returned. gave me a new room. The rest of the visit went well. and I was satisfied. This happened on a Sunday afternoon which may explain the staffing issue.

Front desk staff, at checkin, should have directed us to our room, informed us about the available breakfast, and what time checkout was. Front desk staff, that evening, was helpful in supplying the missing towels & mat. I did not have breakfast. Parking was convenient & plentiful.

Overall, the hotel is acceptable, but based on my last experience, there are better options.

We booked a room for two guests, we had one towel, no wash cloths, our bed and pillows looked like someone had laid in them prior to us getting in our room.

Location was ideal for trip, breakfast was ok Room door latch was broken, bathroom door did not shut! Sheets smelled like haven’t been washed recently! Located near freeway, it was loud near our side of hotel
