The staff very polite and pleasant. My stay was not comfortable other guest were slamming doors and allowing kids to run up and down the hallway. They had a sign stating the pool was not available for use due to maintenance.

TV doesn’t work, pool not open, ice machine was broken, broken elevator, rooms smell bad. Breakfast was not good either, I wouldn’t recommend staying here or stopping overnight.

Breakfast was excellent! The swimming pool was closed due to a part that needed ordered. My kids and myself were disappointed, we were looking forward to swimming.

This was a very clean and pleasant place to stay.

We were disappointed to see that there were no USB ports to plug chargers into ==other hotels we've been to in the past two years had them and we were fortunate to have brought our charging blocks with us (we weren't going to). The room was comfortable, but when we arrived the temperature in our room was set at 58--much too cold for most people! Breakfast was good, but a second waffle maker would have made it more much faster--we waited for a family of 4 make their waffles before we could get ours made--not a big deal, but we were on a tight schedule so that extra 12 minutes was inconvenient for us! Other that that, we had a good nights sleep and enjoyed the stay.

The location was great for us and the staff was friendly. The pool was closed for maintenance issues. More than one ice machine was broke down, and one of the two elevators was broke down, causing long waits to go up just two floors.

The staff was friendly and competent. The parking situation (June 9-10) and the paving project on the street out front (guests being forced to either leave by 7:30am or be trapped in the parking lot until after 10am) was highly inconvenient. We changed our travel plans and had to leave hours earlier than we needed to - only to find out at 6:30am that the paving would only block part of the lane, and we could have all gotten more much needed rest.

Breakfast was good with varied options.

Pool was listed as an amenity however it was emptied for maintenance. My kids were very disappointed.

The front desk gave a great recommendation on a fantastic place to eat. Very friendly!

Everything is good.

I realized this after I took a shower. There was also dirt on the floor, and dirt on the desk in the room and fingerprints on the tv. I had just driven 12 hours so didn't make a fuss. Usually Hamptons are impeccably clean. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful and the maintenance seemed ok. Breakfast was uneventful, and the usual. it's kind of a noisy spot next to the highway if you are a light sleeper.

We specifically chose this location because of the pool so our kids could swim. After checking in, we discovered the pool was completely closed and had been drained. There was nothing on the website warning about it. For the price we paid for one night, missing one of the big amenities was a disappointment. I noted all of this to the person at the checkout desk, and she said she would talk to her manager, but we were never contacted about it.

It was a decent hotel for sure..clean, breakfast was very good and friendly staff.

Convenient location. Beds were comfortable. Although I didn’t eat breakfast, it looked pretty good with a lot of variety. It seems too expensive. The remote control in my room was ancient.
