Perfect hotel in a perfect location worked well for us and really gave us a sense of living in this picture perfect town. I liked the ambiance of their two buildings nestled in the patchwork of historic buildings. Our room on top floor or attic was great with cross ventilation and quiet. Towels and bath products were lovely. Cute bar on the street and tables in the street really led to the ambiance. Staff was all terrific, especially handling the inconvenient outskirts parking, but they were very kind and efficient moving guests in and out. We loved Marco and Timmy. Breakfast served at nearby restaurant was fantastic and much appreciated. Only challenge were the steep, narrow stairs, so just be prepared. but wonderful staff helped us carry our suitcase. Airconditioning did not seem to be working, but given time of year, we were fine. Linens on bed could be improved, weird bottom sheet felt like rough gauze.

Excellent location with very friendly and accommodating staff. We would make it a point to stay here next time.

Very kind and professional staff. Great location We were offered a voucher for breakfast and assumed it was included. We later got hit with a big bill that cost more than if we just bought breakfast ourselves. Be careful to not make same misunderstanding

The hotel is centrally located in the old city walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. The Franciscan Monastery is off tiny streets but easy to find with GPS. They can send you the codes to open the gates via WhatsApp. Clean, beautiful rooms and very cheerful people greet us on arrival. Breakfast at the Balbi restaurant 50 feet away was a real treat—individually prepared eggs, fresh baked croissants, local fruit and preserves. Yum! Best breakfast in Croatia!

The apartment was well appointed and the beds and linens were very comfortable as was the couch on the lovely balcony. Was a relaxing, sunny niche in the afternoons. The location was fantastic and breakfast was delicious. Staff were very responsive upon our arrival with clear and easy parking instructions and golf cart transit from the parking area to the apartment. Highly recommend!!! Everything was wonderful…

The staff was so helpful and kind. Their English is so strong which helps. Superb location for exploring Rovinj. Clean, updated and charming. 2 floors of very steep steps. But the whole city seems full of steps.

We were not given the room that we were booked. Disappointed as you should be allocated the room you pay for. We were placed in the room on the very top floor. Thankfully someone carried our luggage up.

The parking was a little confusing to find. I recommend using Google maps instead of Apple maps, which was misleading.

The staff was great and lovely. They suggestion excellent restaurants and things to do in Rovinj. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location. The decor was charming and unique.

Right in the center of the old town. One room had a very steep staircase to get to it.

Lovely part of town. Tastefully done. Efficient. And the staff were extremely helpful, for example giving us a ride from the car rental place when we got into town.

The location was great! You were in old town and steps from restaurants, shops and not far from the Riva. The staff was amazing - they made us feel like we were VIPs! They also have a parking lot nearby and will pick you up/drop you off in their golf cart. This is huge because parking is at a premium in Rovinj. And the hotel has a bar with cute outdoor seating so after a long day you can unwind at the hotel before going to bed. The room itself was luxurious. We stayed in the snug, which was a hotel room for 2, but they offer other rooms with kitchens, etc. The room offered everything we needed - fluffy towels, comfortable beds & bedding, a mini fridge filled with waters, cokes, beer, etc. snacks & wine also. The bathroom had great amenities (heated towel rack, great shower, etc) and the room had cool mood lighting. It was well decorated. The staff were fantastic! Breakfast was offered nearby at a restaurant and was a great start to the day! Nothing

breakfast was average. asked staff to look at ac since light on it blinked constantly and was not working( stayed at 26C ) despite changing temp. no one addressed the issue. I filmed the blinking light and showed staff and their response was that they had never seen that before! I suggested perhaps a battery issue but they did not acknowledge. Dangerous stairs to room and noisy when other guests came and went! I was disappointed that the ac issue was ignored and they tried to cover it up rather than promptly trying to rectify the issue

Cool design, excellent location in beautiful Rovinj.. A great base to explore the old city. Golf cart to pick up/drop off luggage at the parking and/or ferry terminal was helpful.

Everything. The accommodations were absolutely fantastic and the staff was above and beyond. Best place we stayed our entire two week trip.
