Motel is in a sketchy part of town, surrounded by unhoused people. They have a small, gated parking lot, but you’re only allowed to park one car in it. Any more cars have to be put somewhere else. Room was spacious, but everything felt cheap. There were hairs in the sink, and I’m guessing they just shampooed the carpet because it was soaking wet, and I had to wear shoes inside. Bed was cheap and uncomfortable, pillows were plentiful but way too soft, head went straight through them. Breakfast was decent, but ends at 9 on weekdays and 9:30 on weekends. Definitely won’t be back.

THE HOMELESS/UNHOUSED POPULATION right outside the hotel was a huge takeaway from our Sacramento experience. The hotel itself was nice but it’s very congested with suspicious activity from the Arco next door. There was definitely a couple of people driving under the influence and people asking for money if you walked through the Arco. One night they had a bonfire on the sidewalk! I would never recommend this location to anyone. Nothing happened to our car or belongings, the hotel itself is clean and maintained fine. Our keycards failed twice on our 3 day stay and we had to replace them to get into the gated parking and our room. Inconvenient but it happens. I would not book here again.

The property is a little dated but it is nicely kept and clean. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The bed is comfortable and the property overall is ok. Breakfast could use some upgrading. Eggs and sausages everyday.

Room Was cleaning staff was nice gated parking

Rooms has bed bugs , pillow has blood and some foreign substance stains. They don’t do good job on cleaning sheets or pillows. They claim smoke free property yet whole lobby, elevator and floors smells like marijuana. Front desk lady is unprofessional, she was standing outside talking to her boyfriend while I was just waiting at the front desk for long time while no one was around. I would not stay here.

It was renovated and the rooms are clean and nice.

The room was very clean as well as the property. However the surrounding area is sketchy due to homeless hanging out at the gas station next door. Parking is behind a gate and very tight and not enough spaces for each room. Breakfast was your usual and was good and well stocked. 2 hours after checking out we realized we forgot a phone charger in our room, when we called and gave our last name and the room number we we’re in the lady that answered the phone said she could not find us in her system, even after telling her that I checked out with her two hours prior. She contacted the housekeeper who was cleaning our room and was notified that there was no phone charger left, which was a lie. I know it’s just a phone charger, but it’s the moral that someone found something and kept it knowing it was not theirs plus supposedly she still could not find my reservation and was even questioning if we stayed there. Also, FYI, the beds are fairly small. I believe they are doubles so it’s rather uncomfortable for two adults who are a little on the heavy side to comfortably sleep together. Overall, it was good for our two nights stay for a baseball tournament however, we will not be staying there again due to the homeless and filth outside of the hotel.

Room was spacious and clean. Parking is free and gated, but you need a room key which was good based on the area. Staff was helpful, letting us know you needed your room key if you are coming back into the lobby after dark.

This property fit us in last minute (after leaving an awful reservation down the road). Was so helpful in getting us set up. Knew we were leaving early for a flight and made sure to have the coffee ready for 2am. Also put together a bowl of pastries for us to take when we left in the morning even though the breakfast doesn’t start until 6am. This place was absolutely phenomenal.
