Hyatt Centric Downtown Sacramento

Room was very clean and all the staffs there were extremely nice during my stays. Since it's located in downtown sacramento, it was very convenient to explore the city.

Nice hotel, probably the best you are going to find in downtown Sacramento, very historic. Great rooms, beautiful restaurant. If you plan on walking anywhere, be prepared to be approached by aggressive homeless and panhandlers. Not the hotels fault, the city doesn't seem to care about this problem, in fact they seem to welcome it. Parking is $47 - A DAY! Valet only, add a tip to that!

The staff is amazing but be prepared to pay for parking and there’s no pool.

Dark poorly lit neighborhood populated by transients and street-people. Did not feel safe walking ten steps from car to lobby after dark. Access to front lobby from street is poorly marked and lacks a driveway, you must stop your car at the curb on a busy street. The few dedicated spots were taken by delivery drivers. No onsite parking. Valet parking takes your car offsite. Rooms, services, amenities are not up to the standard of Hyatt name. Maybe this hotel is allowed to be trashy because it is next to the stadium. Will not be staying here again.

How accessible everything was

There was a small blood stain on the comforter of one of the beds, so it obviously had not been changed from the last guest. Will not stay there again. There really were no amenities to speak of but it was close to Golden 1 center so that was a positive. For the huge price it was not worth it.

Great location, walking distance to many places. Room was good, beds were really comfortable. Restaurant on site, but also had a ton of options within a block. Great customer service.

Room was very cute. Nice and clean with a comfy bed.

The rooftop bar was lovely. I ordered the chicken tandoori lollipops, the pepperoni & mozzarella di bufala flatbread, & a margarita 10/10. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were happy to give suggestions about the menu. Front desk was a total sweetheart.. I didn’t catch her name, but she was slim, petite, with short hair and a real pretty smile. She was thrilled to tell me about places to go around Sac during my stay! I loved that. The hotel was very well kept, clean, and stocked. I loved my room, even though I didn’t spend much time there. I was impressed that the doors lock after a certain time and a room key is needed to access the hotel. I felt very safe during my stay. There wasn’t also valet parking, but I opted for the parking garage around the corner by 8th street I believe to save some money. The design of this place is unique, I enjoyed that greatly! The bed was super comfortable. The babyliss hair dryer was a life saver for styling my hair. There wasn’t a single thing that I didn’t like about the place, I would absolutely stay here again!! :)
