Needs to Updated sand carpets needs to be updated. They are old and have s smell.

Parking at night and only having one ice machine

They charge you for every little thing

My room was sparsely appointed. There was no Kleenex anywhere in the main room or the bathroom. No free internet. Parking was free on the property. The bed was comfortable and the stay was quiet. It was right next door to a Carls Jr. and a Taco Bell. Right across the street was McDonald’s and a KFC. The staff was friendly and efficient

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms themselves as I am use to finding some kind of cleaning issue with lower priced options when traveling. The property had some refuse issues though. The large dumpsters were overflowing and had been either rummaged through or wind was blowing trash around the area there were stores. They could use some visual blockades over the trash area. The building itself was in good shape and all the amenities were food as well but I wish they had a coffee in the room option as I left way too early to see if there was anything in the lobby. Overall I was able to sleep for the short time I was there without too many noise interruptions from the adjacent tenants. I would stay there again .

Very worn vibe overall, though the room was reasonably updated and functional, if utilitarian. Dim lighting. Sufficient outlets. AC worked okay. No closet or hangars anywhere. Somewhat sketchy clientele...odor of weed prevalent at times from nearby rooms. Elevator worked reliably though interior shows signs of vandalism. Works as a cheap(er) place to just flop for a night then leave. We're cancelling our reservation here for our return trip in a couple weeks...will find some alternative in the Sacto area.

Rooms are really clean. But the elevator was very dirty. They need to check it.

For the money the room was very clean for a bed to sleep in and a good clean shower that appears updated. Unfortunately the outside of the building needs help. The sidewalks and elevator were very dirty. A power wash would greatly help and we saw a cat in a window and felt like there are people living in there permanently. No one bothered us though

Homeless people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot, the area is super sketchy, people walking through the parking lot all day and all night, trash everywhere, pool looked dirty, no hairdryer or irons in the room, minimal towels, long-term people living there.
