Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio Northeast

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was clean and what my family needed. The food was ok. My son enjoyed the pool.

We had a great stay. The staff were so friendly, the rooms comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff were attentive to any need. So refreshing to feel welcome and cared for. I will choose Drury for every lodging from now on.

My stay was perfect

Everything was great except for fire alarm drill and wash was broken.

Location It was not clean or comfortable. felt like a motel stay at regular drury cost which was disappointing. Didn’t want to take off my shoes in the room. I’ve had wonderful experiences at drury in northern SA but this did NOT live up to my expectations and was a waste of money, wish I stayed somewhere else.

That was really friendly and hospitable especially the front desk staff and the person managing the food and drink area Due to construction the hotel was very difficult to get to from where we were coming from

Staff was very welcoming and attentive. There was some construction during our stay that triggered the fire alarm but they right away handle it and made sure the process was quick so it wouldn’t be disruptive to the guest. My family loved staying there! Staff was friendly as well.

One of the best hotel staff I have seen

The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Also, the breakfast was exceptional. I didn’t know about the three free drinks during dinner. That was a pleasant surprise. The location, but the price and the hotel overall was worth the 20 minute drives

Breakfast was pretty good, but the evening Kickback reception was awesome! 3 free alcoholic drinks, salad, soup, nachos, and hot fresh entrees buffet style was great. Saved a lot of money not having to go out for dinner. Buffalo Wild Wings is in the same parking lot and Whataburger right next door if you wanted to go out. Marcos pizza also delivers!

I will suggest and my family and I will stay at Drury property again

Clean and comfortable stay, staff was amazing and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good.Lots of choices, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, oatmeal, yogurts and the coffee is awesome. Great way to start your day. The kickback is perfect when you are trying tog to wind down. Love all the restaurants and fast food choices very close. Some bacon for breakfast as a choice and a microwave available .

We honestly can’t figure out why other reviews are so high. The place is really outdated and small. Rooms are very small for a hotel in Texas. Again, can’t understand why this place is so highly reviewed.
