Homewood Suites by Hilton San Antonio Airport

The hotel was outdated, which is not a problem on itself, but some furniture was dirty and worn. Breakfast was good.

My stay at Homewood Suites was outstanding. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, engineering, kitchen staff, and van shuttle drivers were all professional and personable. The general manager ensured every request big or small was taken care of in an expedious manner. I will return and stay without a doubt. I encourage anyone to stay at this property.

The staff was nice and helpful, the food was decent. The room was spacious and clean. The only complaint was the elevators, one was broken at some point and when it wasnt it was sketchy. Should get them maintenence. Other than that it was great, would definitely go back.

Staff Ann and jennifer did their best to accommodate for what issues we had\n Very hard workers, very polite. The rest of the staff was either annoyed or troubled with anything. Any customer had to go up to front desk.. Our AC didn't work. We stayed 4 nights, we were told it would get fixed or moved and we didn't. We didn't have towels for 2 days. I had to wait until the next day. The breakfast was okay. However, the eggs had oregano in them or parsley. So the kids couldn't eat it.\n Are refrigerated, didn't work? 2\n Watch TV we had to wait until the TV decided it would turn on\n The shadow guy was sent up as a maintenance and his words exactly where I have no idea about these TV's or that AC.

Good experience overall. Room was clean and enough spacious. Minor concerns would TV not working properly. The breakfast was decent and it had plenty options.

The was a great stay clean spacious and really affordable. I would recommend their hotel

The rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to San Antonio. The pricing was very competitive compared to other hotels in the area.

I had a really bad experience from the moment we arrived. Check in was at 3pm, we arrived at 6pm and I was told my 2 room reservation wasn’t ready due to a shortage in cleaning staff. I urgently needed the room to change for an event and was told the earliest it would be ready was about 2 hours or possibly longer. One of the rooms was ready within 30 minutes due to me asking for it to be rushed. I was called that the second room was ready until 8:40pm. I asked for a cancellation and refund for room #2 since I would barely get use out of it and was told I could cancel without a refund. We found small cockroaches on both rooms throughout the night. There was a broken floor in one room. I didn’t get any help resolving this issue and the staff wasn’t understanding. They only said there was nothing that could be done but wait. Never staying at this hotel again.
