Excellent hotel. Enjoyed the our weekend.

The hotel was amazing! High class all the way. I highly recommend the rooftop bar which had an amazing view. Service, amenities and cleanliness all top tier. Definitely would return!

The style of this hotel was amazing, the option for umbrella’s and bikes were not slept on. The Kohler shower head mist option was magnificent. The thick breakfast bacon was actually thick. The explanation of how to use the Destination credits was not provided and a bit confusing. The driveway and street was a tight fit with all the cars unloading and needing Valet. No U-turns so you have to take a round trip if you missed the entrance

Amazing stay. Staff was very helpful and area was great

We liked the location and the staff was super friendly- our beds were made but did not receive new towels or supplies ( coffee pods or cups replaced, tissue etc..) We found the pool chaotic - probably need a lifeguard- it look like an adult pool but kids jumping in everywhere unsupervised hanging on handicapped equipment.

There was quite a bit of street noise, so don’t expect a relaxing stay as it’s quite loud into the night. Also, the cleaning crew did not do a great job with our room. Don’t think it was swept once during our 4 day stay.

Amazing service and rooms. This was our first time staying here, and we will not stay anywhere else going forward. Felix at check-in was great!

I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, several bars and restaurants + Riverwalk within walking distance. Fantastic rooftop pool and hospitality.

My hotel experience from Valet, to Check-in to arrival to my room was excellent. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, professional, informative, courteous, and made me feel welcome! The room was just perfect for what I needed. The hotel is in an excellent location, quiet, with good views, and has the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, privacy, and other accessible amenities or nearby places to visit. The lobby level of the hotel has a social area, a bar/eatery, and there is a fine dining restaurant. The tenth floor has a roof top pool, fitness facility, and a roof top bar with a spectacular view of downtown San Antonio. Each room is designed with a cross between purposeful comfort with simplicity and a contemporary decor with a stylish flair. I value location, peace, comfort, privacy, and style, and Kimpton Santo provides ALL of that! I can't wait until my next visit! Thank you for a wonderful and inviting stay! L. McKenzie
