Staff were friendly. We booked this hotel on Booking.com, but when we arrived, they showed no evidence of our reservation even with the booking confirmation number. Gave them the names of both adults. Still couldn’t find the reservation. We drove away and get on the line with Booking.com who contacted the company. Turns out they did have our reservation just under the wrong adults name. The room type for one of the rooms was not correct. To be fair, this may have been a Booking.com issue and not theirs. The property was clean, but worn down. Staining on flooring, carpets, furniture. We had no trash can in room. Requested one, but it never came. They were unable to provide the extra pillows we requested and they pre-approved. The pool and hot tub was out of order for maintenance. Some of the plugs and lights in the room didn’t work. My adult children said the faucet in their room was ready to fall off. The breakfast bar lacked meats, fruits, dairy, pastries, that you come to expect.

Great stay for the price. Staffs here are really caring! Ace did an amazing job ensuring everything went right.

Location and the staff was amazing There were several issues #1 the door had big gaps top, sides and bottom. #2 the restroom door did close not matter how hard you push or pulled on it. #3 the carpet was damp between the sink and bathroom. #4 the mattress on the pull out couch had a bunch of red stains.#5 the plug in for a usb cable didn't work. #6 the white curtains had something black all on the bottom of them. #7 the hot tub was nasty it had stuff floating in it and it looked like it hasn't worked in some time.

The check in and out process was very easy. First of all our room smelled moldy while the AC was off. Second the jacuzzi was not operational. They left freestanding molded water in it attracting all the bugs in San Antonio I stead of draining it while they fixed it. No pool towels or any extra room towels. The complimentary breakfast wasn't properly presented for guests. The waffle batter dispenser fell apart. I had to put it back together. At 8am it wasn't enough food left for those wanting to eat. Cereal was empty, no eggs, no bread for toast. The juice machine watered all the juices down like they were trying g to stretch it out. The best thing about the stay was the bed was comfortable. Will definitely not stay there again.

Ace was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire stay. The heater in the room smelled like it was burning.

This hotel exceeded my expectations because of their staff. Supper friendly and helpful. It was Ace who helped me out. Kudos to that guy!

Management was nice and acted fast when I let them know that the carpet was soaked when we checked in apparently the AC unit was leaking. After they moved us to another room and this room had black mold, and the ceiling was ripping in the bathroom and when we first walked into the hotel, it smelt like dirty diapers. We actually had to go to the dollar store to buy some deodorizer and disinfectant for the room.

DO NOT STAY HERE.DO NOT TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. This property is not as advertised. The hotel is old and run down. The hot tub was not running and hasn't for some time. The pool was considered by staff to be working but was milky colored, and the bottom not visible. The hallways were filthy. The elevator had spilled cereal and pistachio shells in the corners for the entire 4 days we were there. We were scheduled to stay an extra night but left early. The ac unit in our room worked well, but was loose in the wall and the front panel fell on me when I went to adjust the temps. The words "F*ck you" were carved into the plastic plate covers and there were stains all over the walls and ceilings. It is not an easy location to get to currently. The interstate is being worked on and the construction is a giant mess. Breakfast consisted of powdered scrambled eggs, tater tots, and slices of standard sandwich white bread. Some jellies, butter, and coffee. Even after expressing our concerns after check in, we were dismissed and no remediation was even close to being offered. Stay far away from here. I almost forgot! There's also black mold around the windows 😃

Nothing, the entire stay was horrible. The room was filthy. The entire hotel had a terrible odor. The AC in the room did not work. The breakfast was disgusting.

Check in was smooth, friendly and very well explained. The room had a lot of space and an extra sink with a mini living room area. The bed was comfortable enough and the shower had good temperature. Breakfast was okay, could be better and the pool was good. The jacuzzi was out of service but it was also dirty with some trash.
