Sleep Inn & Suites at Six Flags

A storm went by and knocked out the electricity late night. Would have appreciated a notice as to what they were going to do. It wasn’t on when we checked out at 11:00.

One of the beds it was broken we couldn’t use it and the pool was nasty it wasn’t clean the 2 days we stay there

No roaches Lights, door latch, phone, remote control, fire alarm not working. Pool very dirty, elevator makes scary noise, warm breakfast was big chunky egg and sausage, coffee maker at breakfast area not working just giving tinted water (no coffee), towel area at the pool was full of trash instead of towels so no towels yet sign read "towels", linen questionably clean, dirty microwave, room coffee filter was moist

Breakfast is always good. Location is good too. First time had a problem No A/C good in five rooms I looked at to replace the room we reserved. Not able to move me to a comparable room to the one we reserved when there was a problem with A/C in first room and big sink hole in one of the beds in the second room we were moved to. Not a good experience this time at all.

Entry way had a smell for two days. Hot tub didn’t work for two days

Customer service was decent and semi fast. Breakfast was bland and not many choices to eat from. Sheets had to be changed twice because of stains and other nasty thing.

I liked the price for the 3 queen beds in the room. I didn't like that the room was dirty. The toilet had long hair on the back where the toilet seat is screwed in. The floor in the restroom was dirty. I hadn't been swept. The bed sheets that go on the very top need washing. I know they reuse those and don't get washed often. The mirrors in the room had handprints all over from children. I just didn't like that the room wasn't clean. There was a small maybe 32 inch TV that the volume didn't really work.

The rooms were smaller than pictured and had a strong mold and cleaner smell. Our first room, the toilet didn’t flush and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Our second room was better than the first but we all woke up the next morning covered in bug bites….. BED BUGS! 10/10 would not recommend!
