SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Antonio NW at The Rim

We were there as a big group. The stay was great. Hotel and rooms were clean and well kept. The staff were amazing! Especially the front desk staff! Always helpful and interactive. Very friendly. Special shot out to Iris! She was amazing from day one till we left. Thank you! Also if you have the bonvoy membership you get access to Lifetime next door, great pools there.

Breaks fast was excellent Monday- Wednesday. Thursday - Friday was terribly overcrowded and there was no room to sit!!!

The hotel was extremely crowded during our stay and a little loud at times. It was also somewhat concerning that there appeared to be issues with vehicle break-ins. One entrance was blocked, but they did have security on-site actively monitoring the parking lot, which was reassuring. Our room was large enough for our family, but it definitely needed some repairs and extra cleaning. The sliding bathroom door appeared to be broken, there was a bathroom light hanging down and not fully attached to the ceiling, and the bathtub, while not extremely dirty, needed a deep cleaning. Overall, it was a fair place to stay, but it felt a little overpriced for what we paid.

Spacious suite to sleep my whole party. The only negative is that, compared to some other hotels, the breakfast is not as good.

The rooms were outdated especially the tub. The bed linens had stains on several of them.

Great location near restaurants, shopping, and Fiesta TX. Less than 30 mins from downtown, depending on traffic. We will choose Spring Hill suites for all our upcoming SA stays. Sleeps a family of 4 very comfortable.

The pillows were very flat. It would be nice if the bathroom had a lock, I stayed w/ my 2 teenage boys.

Really enjoyed our stay here at Spring Hill Bruce was very helpful and polite at the front desk he was very informative overall we enjoyed our stay

The clean rooms to the sweet staff to the delicious breakfast, everything was great!

The AC/ heater unit in my room leaked and the floor around the unit was fairly wet. The shower functionality wasn’t ideal and would oscillate from hot to cold.

Breakfast was included and amazing! The room set up was perfect for our family of 5 with the two queens and couch trundle bed! Everyone had their own bed to sleep in! My husband was able to work in the room with desk area and downstairs conference room. The room was large with plenty of space for all. They also had a fridge and microwave. The best part/bonus was we are Marriott Bonvoy rewards members so we got free access to the fitness gym next door called Lifetime Athletics with incredible outdoor pool/water slides/saunas/ work out equipment/climbing wall/pickle ball courts etc! We would choose this hotel just for the perks of that alone! The Rim area is an incredible place to stay with so many things to do/eat/shop while feeling safe! Highly recommend this hotel and area for your next San Antonio stay!

I recommend to have more units and in all floors.

It was not convenient to watch TV, it was angle in a wierd position. And the bathroom was so out place. In front of the two beds with a glass door and on the side of the door you can act pick inside . Not private at all. Not alot of spaces to put your stuff. And be careful when you wash your clothes ,becouse someone else can take it out of the washer and put it inside the dryer after it stops. It happened to.me and I was upset . No respect at all
