I really love this hotel; it was built in 2022 and is spotless throughout—there’s no accumulated grime like in places that aren't cleaned properly, and the mattresses aren't stained. The front desk staff are very friendly and provide quick service. I love this hotel—thanks to everyone for such excellent service.🤗

My stay at this hotel was pleasant. It is centrally located around many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, movie theaters and is not far from Six Flags. The staff was AMAZING!!! Very kind, professional yet funny and accommodating. My only issue was on the day of check-in I found my floor to be a bit dirty and there was an unusual smell throughout the hotel except for the lobby. Normally I would not complain about something so small but I have issues with my nose that triggers migraines. I will say I did have a migraine throughout my stay. This is the only reason I give this place a 4 out of 5. If not for that this place would be a 5 out of 5.

Windows have plastic mini blinds and do not keep the bright outside lights from disturbing sleep. The elevator does not work and I was given a room on the 4th floor, even though I reserved a handicap accessible room. After the 3rd day of complaining, I was moved to a handicap room on the first floor. The bed was so low to the ground (about 10 inches) there’s no way someone with limited mobility would be able to ambulate from bed to wheelchair or walker. Also, shower did not work at all. Only way to bathe was using the bathtub or a sink bath. And, lastly, I was significantly overcharged for my stay and had to produce my credit card charges and my Expedia reservation receipt and (fingers crossed) the difference is supposed to be credited.

Staff were very friendly. Really good for the price being so close to downtown San Antonio. This is the cheapest, yet cleanest hotel you will find in the area.

They didn't have a pool. They have a low amount of amenities. No coffee in the room, no Kleenex no mirrors in the room and no hair drier. A full kitchen with no cups or plates.

The room was not completely clean .. there was hair stuck to the side of the tub. One roll of toilet paper and the towels didn’t look to clean

Arrived just before 10pm and was charged a late fee and also had a $379 hold on my debit card which the manager later agreed she wasnt sure why, but still had to argue to get this repaid. Also when asked about house keeping was told that they dont have house keeping unless you pay extra per day, which was not mentioned when booking. Had lots of rubbish left in the drawers on arrival. Also the room had a wierd smell to it during the day, and all night all you could smell was the weed people were smoking in the car park, which was not pleasant for my young family. Also advertised a full kitchen, but no kitchen utensils, silverware, cups or anything.Overall a very poor stay, with poor customer service and lots of hidden fees avoid at all costs!!!

Very clean and nice location

Incorrect room was booked by 3rd party. was put in a handicapped room which provided a bed that was 5 inches off the ground, very dissatisfied. Elevator was out of order so we had to carry all our luggage to the second floor. Facility was a bad smell.

Lots of marajuana smokers in hallways or rooms to the point that it smelled in my room.

Property had good space for pets to use restroom and they provided doggie bags and trash can.

Seemed nicer online. Check in process after hours took a long time. The room was seedier and not nearly as nice as I thought it would. Especially for the price and neighborhood. Only a couple pillows. Not a high quality stay.
