perfect place for us with the four am shuttle to sfo

Stairway carpet needs replacing.

The rooms were very clean and looked newly renovated. The staff was very accommodating to our needs during our stay. The beds were comfortable although the pillows were a bit thin and small. All in all a great stay for the location and price would definitely consider staying here again in future travels.

I was charged for the room the day before I arrived. I haven’t had this happen before so I called and they said that’s their policy. Other hotels have been charging at check in whether you have passed the cancellation cut off or not. Then, upon arrival to the room, it was hot. Competitive and comparative hotels (some less cost) have the room cooled already and I’m now just used to it. Then after needing to use the bathroom in the room after traveling all day, the bathroom door had massive black public hairs (multiple) from maybe a dirty rag or sponge. Such a turn off but it was the end of my trip and only had 3 hours to sleep before flying out the next day and bit the bullet. The bathroom vent was open and the front door latch was broken. I would not stay here again.

Our room seems to have been updated somewhat. But going to the room is a bit scary - the hallway really nasty!

Clean, comfortable, no frills but hotel was within minutes of SFO and airport shuttle was on time

Needs major update. Also very difficult to find entrance to hotel. Not much good signage. Fitness center is very limited and not open until 8am. Room was fine. Bathroom trim needs repair. Front desk had trouble finding the first aid kit.

Very quite and clean

Dirty bathroom, dirty lobby. Rugs filthy and worn out. Bathroom with stains and brown unidentified spatter on doors. Vent fan wasn't working. Window wouldn't latch or close. Right outside our window were junky cots. Staff were not in professional attire, front desk was filthy with their rolling chair seat foam exposed. Staff speaking in different language among themselves when you inquire. Elevator filthy, buttons broken not lighting up. Misrepresented online photos. Rust on bath tub fixture, grout coming off of tub, hairs on tub. Stains on tile. What a rip off, they charge over $300. Their shuttle was late in picking us up even. Would never return.

The staff were very hard to understand so check was slow. The checkout is very early. 11 AM no late checkout available the last shuttle leaves at 11:10 AM. No shuttles again till after 3pm. The rooms were surprisingly nicer than expected, a like date by nice. But they are very noisy, I heard lots of road noise all night long. They do not have curtains just wooden shutters so it does not really block out the light. I biggest complaint was being woke up by a call from the late management around midnight to tell me they had “check in issues” with their system and could not check in any more guest and then hung up on me. This happened four times!! I was very confused by this since I was already checked into my room and asleep. After the fourth phone call (and being hung up on at the end of each call) I got dressed and went down to the front desk. The front desk manager just smiled at me and said oh you’re good. That was it. I brought this up to the front desk when I checked out in the morning and they just smiled and said oh my bad. Very poor customer service. I even asked for partial refund because of my inability to get any kind of rest during my stay.

Love that they have underground parking, open sitting areas. The minus is the ice machine and vending machine was broken. The water at the front desk was cash only.

Clean room

Rooms were good size. Property was close to SFO, but not a good part of town. Room was right on the street with sounds from window, and the lack of elephants in the room above us.

I had the suite. Huge spacious abode for the price. Fist time in California so I shouldn't compared but damn!!! I gotta recommend.

Thanks good over night stay

Convenient place to stay for the price and close walking distance to a variety of eclectic restaurants. Modern clean rooms as well. I would stay here again.

Excellent facilities near San Francisco airport. The staff was attentive. The room was very comfortable and everything was very clean. N/A

Shuttle bus service extremely useful. Breakfast not being included
