Hotel San Marcos

We loved everything about the hotel. We could of used more lighting but that was not a big issue.

I would say I liked everything but, maybe the furniture could be renewed, specially the mattress, to be excellent! The bedroom looked to me a little old, even when it was a really nice room, if you ask me, I would say that if they renew the furniture, the mattress, they would have an excellent hotel!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful and clean. The location is great, it is easy to walk anywhere downtown. I would definitely stay in Hotel San Marcos again.

Rooms were very clean, showers and bartthom needs renovation but eveything else is was great. Breakfast or coffee not being included

Staff was able to accomodate us and change us to the room we initially requested. Coffee is not included,

Thin walls you can hear everything. Even the room next door. Staff are rude and not helpful. I've been traveling in mexico for a month. Worst hotel I've been to

Design and comfortable Nothing

Very nice old kind renovated hotel...good staff ..good costumer service front desk....good housekeeping...good breakfast....good location... Everything was good.

The staff was very courteous and had made a good service specially the front costumer service girl who always was helping for our needs.and rosalva the house keeping lady..was always there to help at the moment....also people in the kitchen ...very good breakfast...the location near everything. Everything was good nothing bad to say.

Everything. Location, surrounding and the atemptive staff. Room always cleaned and the bed mattress realty comfy.

It is really well decorated, the beds are super comfortable and warm. Great shower, and nice staff. Location is also amazing No bathroom ventilation and a little too dark and enclosed, bedroom windows face the inside of the building so we couldn’t keep them open to look out or watch the rain.

The hotel is nice, colonial style, very well located in the city center. Our room was quiet, the staff was very kind. The only minus was, that the room was a bit dull and the lightning was not too bright.But price/value it is a good choice.

Everything. Charming , traditional old hotel. Close to Centre yet very quiet due to rooms facing multiple courtyards.spotless clean rooms and common areas. Comfortable beds and best shower I ever had in Mexico. (Hot and pressure). They provided a quiet efficient electric heater for the cold nights. Very courteous professional staff. They made us feel like we were staying in a fancy hotel in the past. Good breakfast. Rooms a bit dark. (Make sure you get a room with balcony or window facing a courtyard). Wifi not very strong.

Beautiful building with really comfortable rooms. Great location and well worth the money.

Excellent location. Great staff. Parking on site if you have a car. One of our rooms lacked bedside lights and was a little dark but the other room was fine
