The staff was sooo incredibly friendly and accommodating. I don't really speak Spanish but they made me feel so comfortable and used translator on their phone & mine to make sure we communicated very well and to make sure everything was great. Lighting in the room was sooo thoughtfully placed. Well done fr. The room was just so wondrous looking & feeling. Honestly it's a beautiful hotel and my room was exceptional! Loved the View out of the big windows...the only thing that could have made it a lil better was there was a way to have opened one of the windows in the bedroom. But it was just a solid wall of windows. I wouldn't necessarily say I didn't like it...but it would have been super nice to have a window to open in the bedroom.

I like finding unique places to stay at and this delivered! Very beautiful rustic, European wine testing cave. You do need to climb little stairways to the rooms which could be a problem for some. There was no AC in the room but it was cool enough in the night. A fan would have been nice. The hotel was not able to process my booking reservation so I had to pay cash on location. The cook was late for the free breakfast but the girl at the front desk cooked us up some nice eggs and frijoles. No hot water.

The room was really clean and the sharing space down there with the garden is quite nice. For the price it’s really good and they gave us a nice breakfast . The personal doesn’t speak any English. The water wasn’t running some days for some reason , which is really inconvenient when u want to take a shower after a long day . Also in the room there is not much space to put your stuff .

the hotel is fairly clean and comfortable and has everything you need and its a good value for money the only thing i didn't like is the location as it was a little far from the historic center but if you don't mind walking or asking for a taxi then it's fine

nice staff, clean rooms, hot water the bed was pretty small for a double and there was a party going on until 4am

The Cave room was nice they have us wine sample. They offer coffee and tea. I booked a king room. But when i checked i checked in they didn't have one available because the prior guest destroyed the room. So i was given a smaller room. Had to wait like 15 minutes for hot water to run in the shower.

Everything was ok. The owner is an interesting person, don't miss a chance for a small talk had to wait for about 4-5 min every time when needed hot water.
