Great price and location

Hotel was lovely ...staff was amazing very friendly and helpful!

Check-in was good. My mom couldn't use the stairs so when I found out our room was on the 2nd floor, the clerk did find a different room on the first floor. We were appreciated of it. The problem was that the TV didn't work and the clerk couldn't get it fixed.

No view of the ocean. No balconies. Broken towel rod in bathroom. Not impressed.

Great location - a block from the beach. Super helpful staff. None of the drains, including the toilet, drained properly.

The most comfortable beds! Location perfect and within walking distance to beach, coffee, food, bars etc!

Cons this trip - we stayed in two different rooms for the 4 nights we were there. The first room (103) had scalding hot water in all the facets and bath. There was a slice of cooler water if you were really careful how you turned the bath/shower facet, but the kitchen burned me, and there was no cool water to be found. In the second room (107) the opposite was true, and we couldn't get any warm water. Thankfully it's summer because the cold showers were definitely unpleasant (even in the summer). Also, both the towel holder fixtures in the second room's bathroom came right off the wall. The screws are all rusted out so there was no getting them back on. Overall I would recommend this property, however just keep in mind that the new outside appearance hasn't necessarily translated into maintenance in the rooms. However, the pool is well maintained and that is a huge plus. Plus the area is gated so no random people getting in.

Overall it was a great stay. There is plenty of on street parking if you don't want to pay for overnight parking at the hotel. The only issue is that it's very loud here.

What really made our trip, though, was the incredible service. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond by getting us into our room for an early check-in, which we weren't expecting at all but deeply appreciated. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

I like how close the hotel is to the beach. The room was on the corner next to the street and I could hear all of the street commotion from my room.

Close to grocery stores, beach, restaurants, clubs, Sea World, parks, Belmont Amusement Park and interstates.

The room was clean and worked great for our family. Each staff member working was friendly and helpful. We would stay again!

Exceptional

Parking is assigned with a fixed space, and it costs $10 per night, which is clearly stated and reasonable. Overall, it offers good value for money and is suitable for short stays or family trips.

Dirty room

A lot of money for small rooms and even smaller bathrooms.

Had to request service and fresh towels on the 3rd day of our 4 day stay. Have stayed here many times and will do so again. This is the 1st time I have had any kind of negative comment to make.
