I asked for the harbor view room and paid for extra for the room type. Concierge and guest service were back forth on the room type saying it was water view but than concierge said it is harbor view although I can only see a corner of it. We ended up staying in the same room but didn’t feel like I should pay extra for nothing

Great location. We stayed a few days before our Disney cruise and we were able to walk to the boat from the hotel. Great bar and food options. Staff was incredibly friendly as well. Definitely family friendly as well.

Clean rooms and great service. Pool area bar is not open yet for the season. Restaurants on the lobby floor are a bit pricey but the food was good.

The front desk was amazing. I had dinner at the bar and unfortunately the service was not very good. I travel to San Diego often and this was not the first time service at the bar restaurant was not great.

We booked a Bay View Suite for two, and the view was breathtaking. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning front-row panorama of the harbor. We spent peaceful mornings watching cruise ships gracefully arriving and departing at the port just across the street. The sight of these massive vessels moving through the bay added a dynamic, almost cinematic feel to our stay and made every wake-up special. The suite itself was outstanding, featuring super comfortable beds that ensured restful nights, spotlessly clean rooms, and impeccable maintenance throughout our visit. The housekeeping team delivered perfect service every single day, leaving the space fresh and organized. Check-in and check-out processes were swift, efficient, and handled with genuine friendliness by the staff, setting a positive tone from the moment we arrived.
