The staff was so accommodating. The room clean and breakfast was amazing.

Was an excellent location for a family.

This was a great hotel for a quick trip or a few days. They have a mini kitchen with most of the items you need to cook plus breakfast in the morning. The rooms are a good size and clean.

Main complaint was first room was not properly cleaned, toilet and bathtub clogged up. Second room we switched to was much better. Also high school teams staying there for sports tournaments over Memorial weekend led to full occupancy and overheating of the only functional elevator?!

Bath tub was dirty and slippery.

Staff and room was good. Ceiling was dirty for some reason. Looks like dirty footprint. We like the little kitchen and fridge. Breakfast start and end too early. Water was expensive. Overall location was close to a lot food and 18 mins from UCSD.

The staff was super friendly and kind, always showing a nice smile. The hotel and the room was super cozy.

Love everything about this property , the room was super clean, breakfast was great, the staff wonderful. The only thing I didn’t like that my vacation had to end . Will definitely come back again.

It’s an amazing experience I’ve had and will be with them if given an opportunity again. Staffs were helpful and the cleanliness is outstanding! Way to go Woodsprings Suites

I drove from the Bay Area I called the hotel around 7 or 8p letting them know that the drive was taking longer than expected and we would be check in late and to please note the reservation just in case you are not there. She simply said okay took my info and that was it . Now we get to the hotel at 3 in the morning to be told our reservation has been canceled due to no check in or card on file . I let the front desk know I called to inform you that we would be arriving late. She said she started a 11pm and there was no note so it got canceled! She was able to get us in a room … but overall It was a very frustrating experience. I will not book here again. The room looked like people with dogs just stayed in it. Hair on the couch ,covers and bathroom. Bathroom walls were dirty … oh and My lint roller fell on the floor and let’s just say it was disturbing ….. long human hair ,dog hairs , dirt , and sand . Are theses rooms ever vacuumed! Never again!

Well maintained & family friendly close to soccer tournaments. Perfect location & wonderful room with all needed to feel like home away from home.

Superb

It’s in a good location. Very spacious rooms with a full kitchen - can cook in it if needed. The elevators were being maintained so only 1 was working.

The location of the property was perfect for our San Diego family trip. The room was clean. We had to wait an extra hour to check in, we were also waiting and they had rooms Ready for people who got there after us. We asked if our room was ready and the lady at the front desk forgot we were waiting. That felt very unprofessional because we were stilling there for 45 minutes.
